The company invested in Oraclebased ERP solution in order to compare, monitor and control materials and manhours, thereby reducing wastage, control redundancy and increase productivity and

protability towards company Mission Statement.

qA/qcThe QA/QC Department is responsible for the development, Implementation andmaintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) towards meeting thecompany objectives and realization of its Mission.

On site, the department personnel will operate independently of the project teamand shall be responsible for the development of project quality plan and all relateddocumentations as per contractual requirements and have the authority for thefull implementation, revision and modication of the plan as and when needed in amanner that will maintain its compliance with the project requirement.

resourceshad of: TAKYEEF Electromechanical W.L.L. operates from its new head ofcelocated at a prime location in Mesaimeer Road diagonally opposite to Abu HamourPetrol station. The net ofce area is around 1,800 m2 and has more than 130 seatingcapacity.

Main S: Our 1500 m2 main store is rented from Tadmur Logistic Company and islocated in Industrial area. It is used to stock on a 3 or 6 months basis all our regularlyconsumed material and items to minimize purchase cycle time. Under TAKYEEFsupervision, the store is fully handled by the logistic company including storage,

receipt, movement and tracking through a fully computerized ERP system inventoryModule.

wsp: Our fully equipped 200 m2 duct workshop located in street 10 at Industrialarea was established since more than 10 years and has always cater exclusively ourown projects. The fabrication capability covers all kinds of rectangular/circular GIductworks as well as pre-insulated with all relevant accessories as per SMACNA orDW standards, QCS or as per the project particular specications.

La camp: Our Labors are accommodated in 2 large camps in industrial area formore efcient and practical transportation and logistics.

Saff Villas: All junior staffs are accommodated in residential villas in various locationswithin the heart of Doha City to facilitate and optimize transportation.

tls & eipmn: To be efciently productive, TAKYEEF Electromechanical W.L.L.invests heavily in tools and equipments that are used in fabrication, installation,testing and commissioning as well as service and repair.
