GO4FUN is a ten week healthy lifestyle program for kids aged 7 to 13
years, and is run by qualified health professionals. Sessions are 2
hours long and held after school, once a week in school terms.
The GO4FUN program aims to improve the health of children through the development of healthy lifestyle changes, as well as teaching kids and families to have a positive attitude to food and exercise. The GO4FUN program has been running in NSW since 2009, with more than 6,800 families participating.
