I think buddy reading is a good opportunity to see

how the younger students read and what type of

books they read. And you get to know your buddy better.

Chrystal B.

Junior Tinbum Triathlon We have the Junior Tinbum Triathlon on Sunday week 18th March and we will be doing some training next week, so children are encouraged to bring their bikes to school. Thanks to those who have offered to help out on the day. Please let us know at school if you are able to help with marshalling. We are also on the lookout for spot prizes so if you are able to donate money or items please let us know

Registration is $5 on the day and is between 8.30am – 9.40am with race briefing 9.40am.

Helmets, shoes and top must be worn on bikes. Prizegiving, spot prizes and draw for new bike at the end of the race.

Capturing ‘Buddy Reading’ moments! Buddy reading is nice and

it is good to hear the little kids read and see how they

are doing. Sophie F.

I like that you help younger kids with their reading

Hamish S.

It is a good chance for kids to share what they are reading and

you can help them pronounce the words.

Jack W. I like buddy

reading because you get to read

with people from different classes. You also get to see what sort of books

they like. Fleur H.
