"Being a graduate of Biology, I knew the far-reaching implications of data and theimpact of data science. MSE offered me the chance to step out of the traditional pigeon-hole andgave me the support as well as the guidance to explore both Analytics and Financial Engineering. Aswe specialize only in the second year, it gave me the opportunity to learn and grow in leaps andbounds with courses such as Linear Algebra, and R programming. I am truly privileged to have had the opportunity to study under the professors at MSE. Calling thempioneers in their respective fields would be an understatement and it's amazing how they make surethat no student is left behind. This course has opened new horizons and perspectives to my mind. Few institutes whole-heartedlywelcome students from diverse backgrounds and encourage them as they do at MSE. My experiencein the PGDM course at MSE is what Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr describes as the effect of education : “A man's mind, stretched by new ideas, may never return to its original dimensions.”
