About BHUTAN:

Nestled in the Eastern region of the Himalayas, Bhutan is a small country, roughly the size of Switzerland and fondly referred

to as Druk Yul (Land of the Thunder Dragon) by the Bhutanese. Bhutan has remained a country where age old customs and

traditions are still part of everyday lives of the people, even while modernization, development and the strains of global

influence are felt more and more. Bhutan is also known as Menjong; the land of medicinal plants. The people of Bhutan are

very peaceful, religious and they live in great harmony with the nature. Several mountains, rivers and trees are considered

SILIGURI TO PHUENTSHOLING [157 KM]

We will welcome you to the cozy airport in Bagdogra and shall transfer you to the tinsel town Siliguri to collect our bikes

from there. Here onwards we shall embark the journey to the land of Dragons –Bhutan sailing and gliding across many

meadows and an array of nature’s canvas. On reaching the town of Jaigaon, complete the document related migration

formalities and then cross the border to reach Phuentsholing for an overnight stay at the hotel.

PHUENTSHOLING TO THIMPHU [147 KM]

We shall now enter the beautiful city of Phuentsholing, which is a stone throw away from Jaigaon. On entering through the

gate, one can categorically distinguish the difference between the two states in terms of scenic beauty. The day begins with

sumptuous breakfast and kicking for Thimphu, riding through the picturesque landscape and magnifying aura, making the

travel desired and easing the travel. The time taken on the road will oscillate between 4-5 hours. We halt at Thimpu at a

hotel for an overnight here.

EXPLORE THIMPHU

Get set to take out the wandering beast and explore the mostly unexplored. This is the tinsel capital town of Bhutan stacked

with small bubbling markets and the admired monks. The visits will be encompassing the monasteries like Changangkha

Lhakhang and Zangthoperi Lhakhang which is full of the Buddhist hymns and vibrations, it also offers an undisturbed view

of Thimphu valley. The colorful Thimphu shall offer you with lots of shopping paradise option with its rich textile culture and

a historical museum to understand the culture better. It nests the world’s biggest Buddha statue for the eyes to enjoy and

heart to pray. After the heartwarming exploration, we shall rest in the Hotel for an overnight.

THIMPHU TO PUNAKHA [85 KM]

The riders shall be moving to Punakaha over a period of 2-3 hours enjoying the journey and making it more memorable for

a lifetime. The mesmerizing beauty shall captivate your mind. We shall be crossing the world famous Dochula Pass which

has the 108 memorial stupas for their martyred soldiers. It is highly revered by the locals. Next, we shall adorn the Punakha

Dzong famous for the special Bhutanese architecture. We halt in Punakha for an overnight stay.

PUNAKHA TO PARO [126 KM]

Resuming the adventure kick soaked with the positive energy we are moving to place called Paro. The serene but tough and

rugged Fort Paro Dzong is a joy for the eyes laced with mountains. Later we shall visit the ancient TaZing which houses the

National Museum to understand the culture and past of Bhutan. Once done here we pay homage to one of the oldest

temples in Bhutan- Kyichu Lhakhang. We get to our hotels for an overnight stay post all the visits.

PARO – TAKTSANG MONASTERY – PARO

We start our day post breakfast and ride through a beautiful countryside and golden paddy fields. After ascending gradually

making twists and turns we see small cottages before the road ends in a breathtaking pine forest. We start our trek for the

famous Taktsang or Tigers Nest Monastery from here. It seems like it is perched on the vertical rock by magical glue. You

will witness steep slopes and dusty paths in the forest as you reach closer, concluding the beautiful trek with 700 steps. The

serenity and beauty of the place make one forget all the tiredness.

Post our 5 hours long trek we will visit the stunning Kichu Lhakhang, the oldest temple in Bhutan. In the evening we enjoy

our euphoric moments in the lap of Paro valley and sleep through the night.

PARO TO SILIGURI [300 KM]

Today we bid adieu to Bhutan and proceed back to Siliguri. We ride through the breathtaking mountains and captivating

scenic beauty towards the India – Bhutan border and reach Siliguri after a lifelong memorable ride. We spend the night at

the hotel and revamp our energy levels.

DEPARTURE

Bye -bye from an adrenalin rush holiday are never easy, but on the positive note, we can always hope for a revisit. Let’s be

optimistic!

Travel Dates:

INCLUSION: • Accommodation on Twin/Triple sharing basis as per

itinerary in hotels/Home Stay mentioned or similar.

• Any expenses arising due to natural calamities like

landslides, roadblocks, route changes Etc. (to be borne

by the client directly on the spot.)

• Tip to driver and tour escort person.

• Any other item which is not specified under cost

inclusions.

• All applicable taxes.

• Any kind of expenses, arising due to accident, physical

damage to the bike, or forfeiting the ride at any point in

time, the transportation charge or expanse will be

borne by the client.

• Any entrance fee to the monastery and monuments.

• Travel Insurance.

• Permit charge in Bhutan per day 100 Rs. per bike as of

now it may increase and 300 Rs. Bike permit charge.

NOTES: • Any extra transfers required during the tour will be charged extra. Anything that is explicitly not mentioned in the inclusions and

optional as suggested in the itinerary, are not a part of this package. Images shown about the place, city, hotel, attractions, etc. are

• Cost and consequences arising due to any force majeure situations due to unforeseen circumstances like; natural calamities, political

disturbances, health issues, flight delays / cancellations, things beyond our control, etc. will have to be borne by the guest.

• Airport transfers and coach tours are based on all guest traveling together in same flight, any additional transfers will not be provided

if guest travel on different airlines.

• There will be additional charges for the passengers would like to stay back at the destination or transit.

• If you are carrying gifts, brochures, standees, placards, t-shirts, stationery, backdrops, laptops, projector, snacks or any such items

for distribution purpose, then it is sole discretion of customs authority or regulations.

• Duties or gratuities, if any will be payable by the guest/corporate only.

• Maximum luggage weight allowed is 10 Kgs per participant; anything above 10 Kgs is chargeable at Rs. 1500 per Kg. Don’t carry

suitcases or trolley Bags.

• Any changes in itinerary or upgrade in hotel /s will be charged extra, over and above the given cost (which will be informed to the

customer in advance for final acceptance and payment).

• In case of any issue regarding stay customer has to stay in multiple sharing.

• In Gangtok maximum 4 to 5 local Sightseeing can be covered.

• 10,000 ` required as a security deposit per bike which is refundable at the end of trip.

• Minimum 15 People or 10 bikes required to run Any Batch. If in case people is not gather so ETR has Reserve the right of Group.

• Sikkim being border area so route can get changed and places may skip depending upon availability of the permit.

General Terms & Conditions for Booking: • 10000/- to be paid as booking registration amount.

• 50% of the tour cost to be deposited in our account before 30

days of departure.

• Remaining balance to be paid before 15 days of departure.

• All bookings & confirmations are subject to availability of

accommodation in specified hotels.

• Kindly note that cheque is not acceptable.

• Guests, who are unable to visit our offices for booking, can

deposit amount in the bank account or can make payment

online through net banking.

• Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by

sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal

details.

CANCELLATION POLICY: • In case of cancellation for group from organizer side due to

any unavoidable circumstances, we will try to transfer the

booking in other departure (if client denies to opt for transfer

of booking to other group then there will be no refund). Else

we will refund 100% amount deposited.

• In case of cancellation from client side after the registration

at any point of time, then in that case there will be no refund.

• Registration amount is non refundable

• If you want to change your tour date, you have to inform us

30 days prior to the departure date.

• If you want to cancel your trip, you have to keep us informed

at least 30 days prior to the departure date. If you informed

us 15 days prior to the departure date, 25% amount would be

refunded, and under 15 days 0% amount would be refunded.

• If in case you have opted for 1 bike 2 rider options and your

pillion rider cancelled in any reason then you have to take the

solo rider package.

• if in case you inform us to change travel date 15 days prior to

the ride date, then your booking amount is cancelled and you

have to re-register.
