And I know that there are two very important things you must do to successful

complete the PILATESGone Gray! CHALLENGE

Before you do a single video, call, email or text a friend and

invite them to do the challenge with you. Then call, email or

text them EVERY DAY to report on your progress.

This is a powerful way to stay on track.

And join the Facebook group to report your successes to me

EVERY DAY! Remember, I want you to succeed so I’ll be

cheering you on and encouraging you to keep going.

Ask yourself, “Can I do 10 minutes a day for 14 days?” If the

honest answer is a resounding“heck yes!” then you are on

your way to success.

Setting yourself up for success also includes making a clear

plan.

Decide WHEN you’ll do the video, WHERE you’ll do it and

WHAT you need to do it (computer, mat, exercise clothes,

etc.) and get those set up ahead of time. Make it easy to do.

You’ll feel so good about yourself that once you start, you’ll

be motivated to keep going.

frequently asked questions

1. Do I have to know Pilates to participate?

Absolutely not. This challenge is designed for all levels of experience. I incorporate some instruction on the basic Pilates principles into the videos which will help you if you aren’t familiar with Pilates.

2. Is this challenge just for women?

While Pilates is truly for everybody, this challenge is designed for the specific needs of women over 50.

3. I’m not in the greatest physical shape. Can I do this?

If you have any health issues or are recovering from any surgeries, be sure to check with your physician before starting the challenge.

4. Why are the videos so short?

Two reasons. First, you’re more likely to be consistent when the videos are shorter. Practicing a little every day and creating a habit is what we’re hoping for with the challenge. And second, you really WILL feel changes start to happen in only 10 minutes a day.

5. What if I miss a day?

I totally get it. Life gets in the way sometimes. If that happens, just do two of the videos in one day to catch up.

6. I don’t have anyone to be an accountability partner.

That’s no problem. Just join the Facebook group (CLICK HERE) and share and check-in with me every day. You’ll get some great support there as you go through the challenge!

7. Do I have to join the Facebook group? I’m not much on social media.

Of course you don’t need to join the Facebook group! If you have an accountability partner, all you need to do is report in to her every day. I would LOVE to hear from you on Facebook so remember that the group is totally pri-vate. If you aren’t on Facebook yet, you can create a Facebook account, keep your personal information private and join only the challenge.

8. Will the exercise videos be available after the challenge is over?

The challenge videos will be available for a week after the challenge is over. That way, if you get a little behind, you can catch up and finish. After one week, the videos will no longer be available. The downloadable bonus video will always be available to you.

9. How can I keep going after the challenge is over?
