6X loading dye for DNASamantha Orchard

This recipe is half-strength for the dyes, which experience has shown me is just as good for visualizing the DNA solution while loading, and is better for viewing ethidium bromide-stained bands that coincide with the dye bands.

0.0125 g bromophenol blue0.0125 g xylene cyanol FF7 ml H2O3 ml 100% glycerol
