I) Check Battery
Operation: Using a Flat head screwdriver, unlock and remove the seat. Locate the battery harness, unplug the connector then use a volt-meter to check battery condition at connector.

Unplug the battery connector (RED) underneath seat

Voltage Reading: 6.0 V ~ 6.6 V – Good condition
5.6 V ~ 5.9 V – Proceed to Recharge
5.5 V – Battery needs to be recharged. If after the stipulated recharging time, voltage has not increased, the battery needs replacement
Below 5.5 V – Battery needs replacement

II) Check Wiring Connection
Operation: There are two wiring connections that should be checked.
A. Motor/Gearbox : Follow above (Point I) to remove the seat, locate the Gearbox harness underneath.
Check the white connector of Gearbox underneath the seat

B. Steering Wheel
Unscrew the Steering Wheel on the right side

Pull it out and up to remove from steering column

Check wiring connection for the sound effects of Steering Wheel
Unplug the connector and follow steps below to check the wiring inside the Dashboard. Otherwise, reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle.

C. Other Connections: Access the circuitry inside Dashboard assembly to check other wiring connections, Steering Wheel should be removed first.

Unscrew and remove the steering column at bottom of car body

Locate the two screws that secure the dashboard in place
Step (4)
Use Phillips screwdriver to unscrew and remove the dashboard

Remove the Dashboard from the car body and check the wiring connection
Step (6)
There are two sets of black plugs connecting the Dashboard
If the problem is addressed and fixed, reverse above steps to re-assemble the vehicle. If not, unplug the connectors and follow the steps below to further check the wiring inside Dashboard.

Unscrew these eight screws to remove the Dashboard bottom

Remove the dashboard bottom carefully to avoid breaking the wires

Check the wiring connections of Forward/Reverse shifter
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle

III) Check Foot Pedal
Operation: Follow below procedures to check the Foot Pedal connection.
Step (1)
Turn over the vehicle and pull out the Foot Pedal cover by
screwdriver from the right side

Snap it back in place

Slide in the Foot Pedal into chassis from right side

IV) Gearbox Replacement
Operation: Follow below steps to remove and replace the gearbox.
Step (1)
Use Flat screwdriver to lift up the wheel cap at its five ends (Rear right wheel only)
Step (2)
Use the screwdriver to remove the snap pin from the axle

Remove the wheel from axle
Keep the parts organized for re-assembly

Unplug the gearbox connector (white) underneath the seat

Cut the cable tie to release and remove the gearbox

Step (7)
Unplug the Headlights connector with Blue/White wires which is located underneath the wheel fender
Unscrew these three screws to remove the wiring cover

Then unscrew the wire clip at the inside of wiring cover

Pull the gearbox and wire harness out from the axle

Replace the entire gearbox
with a new one
Step (11)
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle
For re-assembly, put the B/W harness through the circular hole first

Then passing out the harness at the next wiring slot

Align the motor and gearbox to the proper location

V) Butterfly Door Replacement
Operation: Follow above Procedure (IIB) to remove the Steering Wheel.
Step (1)
Unscrew the two screws at the inner side of windshield frame
Open the door and unscrew the screw next to the piston point

Use Flat screwdriver to lift the piston holder out of the car body

Lift and remove the whole door from the holder slot

Replace the entire door with new one
Step (6)
Insert the piston holder to the slot in car body

Press the tab here
Step (7)
Use a screwdriver press the holder into place
Close the door

Hold and lightly compress the piston to press the door into place
Reverse the above Steps 1&2 to re-assemble the vehicle
