VOORWOORD VOORZITTER

Namens de organiserende vzw Belgium Ladies Cycling heet ik eenieder hartelijk welkom op de inmiddels vijfde editie van de Lotto Belgium Tour. Er is de voorbije vijf jaar een enorme weg afgelegd – letterlijk én figuurlijk – en ik ben heel fier dat dit heeft geresulteerd in een opwaardering van onze internationale rittenwedstrijd door de UCI. Die maakt sinds dit jaar – als enige Belgische ronde - inderdaad deel uit van het selecte kransje van 2.1-rondes, één trapje nog (maar) onder het Women’s WorldTour-niveau. De twee eerste edities vormden nog een onderdeel van de Lotto Cycling Cup, sindsdien staat deze wedstrijd op eigen benen. Met nog steeds dezelfde bedoeling: het Belgisch dameswielrennen promoten en onze Belgische rensters de kans bieden zich in eigen land, op hen vertrouwd terrein, te meten met de internationale top. De Lotto Belgium Tour 2015 bood niet enkel topsport om duimen en vingers van af te likken maar illustreert ook perfect dat we er steeds beter in slagen onze goede bedoelingen waar te maken, met enerzijds Emma Johansson - recent zilveren medaillewinnaar in Rio – als eindlaureaat en Olympisch kampioen Anna Van der Breggen als winnaar van de slotrit in Geraardsbergen en anderzijds twee Belgische meisjes, Sofie De Vuyst en Lieselot Decroix in de top-10 van het eindklassement. Zoals vorig jaar zijn we opnieuw te gast in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, de wielerprovincies bij uitstek. Moorslede, Lierde en Geraardsbergen hebben hun vertrouwen in ons project bevestigd, en dat verheugt ons uiteraard, zoals we ook heel blij zijn dat Nieuwpoort ons met z’n havengeul een schitterend kader biedt voor de proloog van onze wedstrijd.Langs deze weg dank ik alvast iedereen voor zijn/haar bijdrage aan het welslagen van deze Lotto Belgium Tour: de ploegen die aan de start komen, de deelnemende steden en gemeenten, de betrokken politiediensten, de vele sponsors, groot en klein, die ons hun vertrouwen schonken (opnieuw of voor het eerst), de seingevers en de tientallen vrijwilligers waar we gelukkig op kunnen rekenen.Ik reken op een boeiende vierdaagse met een veilig verloop en een mooie winnares en hoop op een minstens even grote publieke belangstelling en dito media-aandacht als vorig jaar – het dameswielrennen verdient dat…!

RULESART 1. ORGANISATION

The Lotto Belgium Tour 2016, from Tuesday 6 till Friday 9 September 2016, is organized by the VZW Beglium Ladies Cycling, and situated at 9406 Outer (Ninove), Brakelsesteenweg 220 (Belgium). The Race Director is Eric Van De Wiele, Esdreef 40 at 9820 Merelbeke (GSM: +32 498.86.91.71)

ART 2. TYPE OF COMPETITION AND CATEGORY PARTICIPANTS

The race is open for Women Elite. This competition is part of the UCI calendar WE 2.1 and is in accordance with the UCI regulations. ART 3. PARTICIPATION

In accordance with the UCI regulations, the following teams can participate tothe competition : Women UCI Teams, National teams, Regional Team and Club teams.

The number of riders per team is minimum 4 and maximum 6, in accordance with the the UCI regulations.

In accordance with the UCI regulations 2.12.009 the following points will be attributed for the UCI-Elite Women Classification:

Finale classification: 80, 60, 45, 35, 30, 25, 21, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1Per Stage : 16, 12, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2For the leader of the individual time classification after each stage: 4 ART 4. PERMANENCE

The permanence at the start is foreseen on Monday September 5, 2016 from 2.00 pm until 19.00 pm in Zaal Vroeger en Nu, Dadizeelsestraat 33 at 8890 Moorslede (telefoon: +32 496 86 28 7).

The confirmation of the participants present at the start and the collection of the riders’numbers by the responsible person are taking place at the permanence, on Monday September 7, 2015 between 3.00 pm and 4.45 pm. The meeting with the team managers, in presence of the commissaires panel, will take place in Zaal Vroeger en Nu, Dadizeelsestraat 33 at 8890 Moorslede at 5.00 pm.

ART 5. RADIO-TOUR

The race is broadcast on Radio Tour at frequency 160.10625 Mhz

ART 6. NEUTRAL CARS

2 neutral cars and 1 neutral motorcycle will be provided by vzw Passion for Cycling (Wim De Wolf Gsm : 0477.202.135)

ART 7. 3 KM RULE

Article 2.6.027 is applicable for every stage. There are no stages considerate as a finish on the top of a mountain.

ART 8. TIME LIMIT

Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 12% shall not be placed.

In accordance with article 2.60.032 of the UCI-regulations, this margin can be modified exceptionally by the commissaires panel in consultation with the organization.

ART 9. BONUSES

At the finish of every stage, bonuses are awarded for the first 3 riders.10” for the 1e, 6” for the 2e, 4” for the 3e. Those bonuses shall be shown only in individual general classification by time. 3 intermediate sprints will take place during every stage.

Art 10. PROLOGUE

On September 6, 2016 a prologue will take place in Nieuwpoort. Every rider will start with an interval of 1 minute. The starting order will be made by the organization. At the riders confirmation on September 6, the teamleaders can decide in which order their riders will start .

ART 11. CLASSIFICATIONS

The following classifications are available:- The Individual general classification on time. The leader of the individual general classification on time wears the Lotto Jersey.

Where two or more riders make the same time in the general individual time placings, the placings obtained in each stage shall be added and, as a last resort, the place obtained in the last stage ridden shall be taken into consideration.

- Points classification.The leader of the points classification wears the Assumax Jersey.The points will be awarded at the finish of each stage.

In the event of a tie in the general individual classification by points, the following criteria shall be applied in order until the riders are separated: 1. number of stage wins; 2. number of wins in intermediate sprints counting for the general classification on points; 3. general individual classification by time

- Youth classificationThe leader of the youth classification wears the Geka kaas Jersey.Every rider in the youth classifcation is born in 1991 or later.The youth classifcation is based on the general individual classification on time.Where two or more riders make the same time in the general individual time placings, the placings obtained in each stage shall be added and, as a last resort, the place obtained in the last stage ridden shall be taken into consideration.

- Bergklassement.De leidster in het bergklassement draagt de Renotrap-trui.Het bergklassement wordt betwist op punten, behaald tijdens de bergsprints in de laatste 2 ritten (te Lierde en Geraardsbergen). Tijdens elke bergsprint wordt er aan de eerste drie in de uitslag respectievelijk 5, 3 en 1 punt toegekend.In geval van gelijkheid in punten wordt eerst gekeken naar het aantal eerste plaatsen tijdens deze bergsprints en vervolgens naar het individueel klassement op tijd.

- Mountain classification.The leader of the youth classification wears the Renotrap Jersey.The mountain classification is based on points during the 2 last stagse (in Lierde and Geraardsbergen. During every mountain sprint, the first 3 riders can win 5, 3 and 1 point.In the event of a tie in the general individual mountain classification, the following criteria shall be applied in order until the riders are separated: 1. number of first places in the climbs; 2. general individual classification on time

Golden Rush;During every first intermediate sprint (rush) of every stage is a “Golden Rush”. The winner of this sprint receives € 200.

- Best Belgian Rider classification.The best Belgian rider wears the Sport Vlaanderen Jersey.All riders with the Belgian nationality are eligible for the best Belgian rider classification. The classification is based on the individual general classification on time.

- The Team general classification on time. The team classification for the day shall be calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team except the team time trial that is governed by the specific regulation of the event. In the event of a tie, the teams shall be separated by the sum of the places acquired by their three best times on the stage. If the teams are still tied, they shall be separated by the placing of their best rider on the stage classification. The team general classification shall be calculated on the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team in each stage ridden. In the event of a draw, the following criteria shall be applied in order until the teams are separated: 1. number of first places in the daily team classifications; 2. number of second places in the daily team classifications; etc. If there is still a draw, the teams shall be separated by the placing of their best rider in the general individual classification. Any team reduced to less than three riders shall be eliminated from the general team classification.

- The most combatitive rider.After every stage, a panel will award a price of 50 EUR at the most combatitive rider.

- Priority of the leader’s jerseys- the individual general classification on time (Lotto Jersey)- the points classification (Assumax Jersey)- the rushes classification (Vondelmolen Jersey)- the youth classification (Geka kaas Jersey)- the mountains classification (Renotrap Jersey)- the Best Belgian rider classification (Sport Vlaanderen Jersey)

ART 13. ANTIDOPING

All UCI anti-doping regulations are valid for this competition.Moreover also the Flemish and Wallon anti-doping legislation will be valid in conformitywith the Flemish Community legislation.

ART 14. PROTOCOL

In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI regulations the following riders are requested to go to the podium within maximum 15 minutes after their arrival : * The winner of the stage* The leader of the all the classifications: individual time classification, points classification, rushes classification, youth classification, best Belgian rider * The most combatitive rider

During the last ceremony in Geraardsbergen, the following riders have to be present at the podium;* The winner of the stage* The first three of the final individual classification* The winners of the points classification, rushes classification, youth classification the mountain classification and the best Belgian rider* the riders of the team classification* The most combatitive rider

ART 15. FINESAll fines are in accordance with the UCI regulations.

ART 16. ENVIRONMENTThe riders have to use the waste zones before and after the feeding zones. Those places will be marked by green panels (green zone). There will be also a waste zone at 20 km from the finish line.

ART 17. LEVEL CROSSINGS

It shall be strictly forbidden to cross level crossings when the barrier is down. Apart from risking the penalty for such an offence as provided by law, offending riders shall be eliminated from the competition by the commissaires.

ART 2. TYPE WEDSTRIJD

De wedstrijd is gereserveerd voor Dames Elite en ingeschreven op de internationale UCI-kalender klasse WE 2.1. De wedstrijd wordt verreden conform de reglementen van de UCI en de KBWB.

ART 3. DEELNAME

Conform het UCI-reglement is de wedstrijd open voor volgende ploegen: Women UCI Teams, nationale ploegen, regionale teams en clubs.

Conform artikel 2.2.003 van het UCI-reglement is het minimaal aantal deelnemers per ploeg vastgesteld op 4 en het maximum op 6.

Conform artikel 2.12.009 worden volgende UCI-punten toegekend voor de UCI-Elite Women Classification:

De permanentie is gevestigd in zaal Vroeger en Nu, Dadizeelsestraat 33 te 8890 Moorslede (telefoon: +32 496 86 28 75), dit op maandag 5 september 2016 van 14 tot 19u. Bevestiging van de deelnemers en aflevering der rugnummers van 15 tot 16u45 op dezelfde locatie.

De vergadering met de ploegleiders, georganiseerd volgens artikel 1.2.087 van het UCI-reglement, in aanwezigheid van de leden van het College van Commissarissen, zal plaats vinden om 17u00, eveneens in zaal Vroeger en Nu Dadizeelsestraat 33 te 8890 Moorslede

ART 5. RADIO-TOUR

Radiotour informatie is beschikbaar op de frequentie 160.10625 Mhz.

ART 6. NEUTRALE WAGENS

De technische assistentie (2 wagens + 1 moto) wordt verzekerd door de vzw Passion for Cycling (Wim De Wolf, GSM : 0477.202.135).

ART 7. AANKOMSTEN BERGOP

Artikel 2.6.027, betreffende incidenten die gebeuren in de laatste 3 kilometer, is van toepassing in alle ritten. Er zijn geen ritten die beschouwd worden als ritten met aankomst op een top.

ART 8. TIJDSLIMIET

De tijdslimiet voor zowel de proloog als de ritten in lijn is vastgelegd op 12 %.

Conform artikel 2.6.032 van het UCI-reglement, kan het college van commissarissen deze tijdslimiet verhogen in uitzonderlijke gevallen of gevallen van overmacht.

ART 9. BONIFICATIES

Bij de aankomst van elke rit in lijn zijn er bonificatieseconden voor de eerste drie rensters in de rituitslag: 10” voor de winnares, 6” voor de tweede en 4” voor de derde. Deze bonificaties komen enkel in aanmerking voor het individuele klassement op tijd, het jongerenklassement en het klassement van de beste Belgische renster.

Tijdens elk rit lijn zullen er telkens 3 rushes plaatsvinden. De volgende bonificaties worden toegekend per rush: 1e 3” 2e 2” 3e 1”

Art 10. PROLOOG

Op 6 september 2016 zal een proloog plaatvinden te Nieuwpoort. Alle rensters starten om de minuut. De startorde per ploeg zal worden bepaald door de organisatie. De onderlinge startorde van de rensters zal door de ploegleiders worden meegedeeld aan de organisatie tijdens de inschrijving op maandag 05/09/16.

ART 11. KLASSEMENTEN

Volgende klassementen worden betwist:

- Individueel klassement op tijd.De leidster in het individuele klassement op tijd draagt de Lotto-trui.In geval van gelijkheid in het individueel klassement op tijd wordt er eerst gekeken naar de optelling van de behaalde plaatsen in de verschillende ritten. Wanneer er dan nog gelijkheid bestaat is de behaalde plaats in de laatst verreden rit doorslaggevend.

- Puntenklassement.De leidster in het puntenklassement draagt de Assumax-trui.Het puntenklassement wordt betwist op punten, behaald aan de aankomst van zowel de proloog als de ritten in lijn.

Bij gelijkheid in het puntenklassement worden de volgende criteria gehanteerd, totdat een scheiding verkregen wordt:1. aantal ritoverwinningen;2. aantal overwinningen in de tussensprints (rushes); 3. individueel klassement op tijd.

De te behalen punten zijn de volgende:



- Rushesklassement.De leidster in het rushesklassement draagt de Vondelmolen-trui.Het rushesklassement wordt betwist op punten, behaald in de diverse tussensprints (rushes) tijdens de drie ritten in lijn. In elke rit zijn er 3 tussensprints waar er aan de eerste drie rensters respectievelijk 3 punten, 2 punten en 1 punt worden toegekend.In geval van gelijkheid in punten wordt in eerste instantie gekeken naar het aantal gewonnen sprints en vervolgens naar de plaats in het individueel klassement op tijd.

Gouden Rush;De eerste tussensprint (rush) van elke rit in lijn geldt als gouden rush; hier is telkens een premie van € 200 voor de winnares van deze sprint aan verbonden.

- Jongerenklassement.De leidster in het jongerenklassement draagt de Geka kaas-trui.Om voor het jongerenklassement in aanmerking te komen dienen de deelnemers geboren te zijn in het jaar 1991 of later. Het jongerenklassement wordt bepaald op basis van het individueel klassement op tijd van de in aanmerking komende renners.In geval van gelijkheid in het individueel klassement op tijd wordt er eerst gekeken naar de optelling van de behaalde plaatsen in de verschillende ritten. Wanneer er dan nog gelijkheid bestaat is de behaalde plaats in de laatst verreden rit doorslaggevend.

- Bergklassement.De leidster in het bergklassement draagt de Renotrap-trui.Het bergklassement wordt betwist op punten, behaald tijdens de bergsprints in de laatste 2 ritten (te Lierde en Geraardsbergen). Tijdens elke bergsprint wordt er aan de eerste drie in de uitslag respectievelijk 5,

3 en 1 punt toegekend.In geval van gelijkheid in punten wordt eerst gekeken naar het aantal eerste plaatsen tijdens deze bergsprints en vervolgens naar het individueel klassement op tijd.

- Klassement Beste Belgische renster.De beste Belgische renster in het individueel klassement op tijd draagt de Sport Vlaanderen-trui.Om voor dit klassement in aanmerking te komen dienen de deelnemers de Belgische nationaliteit te hebben. In geval van gelijkheid in het individueel klassement op tijd wordt er eerst gekeken naar de optelling van de behaalde plaatsen in de verschillende ritten. Wanneer er dan nog gelijkheid bestaat is de behaalde plaats in de laatst verreden rit doorslaggevend.

- Ploegenklassement.Het ploegenklassement van de dag wordt bepaald door optelling van de drie beste individuele tijden van elke ploeg. In geval van gelijkheid worden de ploegen gescheiden door optelling van de plaatsen van hun drie beste rensters in de rit. In geval er dan nog gelijkheid bestaat telt de plaats van de best geplaatste renster in de rit.Het algemene ploegenklassement wordt bepaald door optelling van de drie beste tijden per ploeg in elke rit. In geval van gelijkheid wordt gekeken naar volgende criteria (in volgorde)1. aantal eerste plaatsen in het dagploegenklassement2. aantal tweede plaatsen in het dagploegenklassement3. aantal derde plaatsen in het dagploegenklassementIndien er dan nog gelijkheid bestaat worden de ploegen gescheiden door de plaats van hun best geklasseerde renner in het individueel klassement op tijd.Elke ploeg die minder dan 3 renners telt in het individueel klassement op tijd wordt geschrapt uit het ploegenklassement.

- Prijs van de Strijdlust.Na elke rit in lijn wordt er door een jury, samengesteld door de organisator, een prijs van € 50 uitgereikt aan de strijdlustigste renster van de rit.

- Volgorde van belangrijkheid der truien- Individueel klassement op tijd (Lotto-trui)- Puntenklassement (Assumax-trui)- Rushesklassement (Vondelmolen-trui)- Jongerenklassement (Geka kaas-trui) - Bergklassement (Renotrap-trui )- Klassement Beste Belgische renster (Sport Vlaanderen-trui)

- Algemene opmerking eindklassementen.Om in de verschillende individuele eindklassementen te worden opgenomen dienen de deelnemers de volledige afstand van de wedstrijd te hebben afgelegd.

ART 13. ANTIDOPING

Het antidopingreglement van de UCI is van toepassing, aangevuld met dat van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap.

ART 14. CEREMONIËLE VERPLICHTINGEN

Conform artikel 1.2.112 van het UCI-reglement, dienen volgende rensters zich dagelijks te presenteren op het podium voor de huldigingceremonie, onmiddellijk na het beëindigen van de rit (dit is binnen de 15 minuten):

* de eerste in de rituitslag* de leidsters in de diverse klassementen:* de winnares van de Prijs van de Strijdlust

Tijdens de slotceremonie te Geraardsbergen dienen volgende rensters zich te presenteren op het podium voor de huldigingceremonie, onmiddellijk na het beëindigen van de rit:

* de eerste in de rituitslag* de eerste 3 in het individueel klassement op tijd* de eindwinnaars van volgende individuele klassementen: Puntenklassement, Rushesklassement, Jongerenklassement, Bergklassement, Beste Belgische renster* de rensters van de winnende ploeg in het algemeen ploegenklassement* de winnares van de Prijs van de Strijdlust

ART 15. STRAFFENHet straffenbarema van de UCI is het enige dat van toepassing is in deze wedstrijd.

ART 16. AANDACHT VOOR HET MILIEUHet wordt door de organisatie ten zeerste aanbevolen om gebruik te maken van de nodige voorzieningen voor het deponeren van afval voor en na de bevoorradingszones (wegwerpzones) en op de rennersparking. De afvalzones voor en na de bevoorradingszone zullen aangeduid worden door groene borden (green zone), alsook de afvalzone op 20 km voor de aankomst.

ART 17. SPOOROVERWEGENHet is ten strengste verboden om een gesloten overweg te overschrijden en dit op straffe van onmiddellijke uitsluiting en een eventuele boete van rechtswege.

REGLEMENTArt. 1: Organisation

Le Lotto Belgium Tour 2016 est organisé par l’ asbl Belgium Ladies Cycling, ayant son siège à 9406 Outer (Ninove), Brakelsesteenweg 220, et se dispute du mardi 6 au vendredi 9 septembre 2016, en 4 étapes. L’Organisateur est Gunter DIERICKX (tel.: +32.476.36.09.34 - e-mail: [email protected] - website: www.lotto-belgiumtour.be) et le Directeur de la Course est Eric Van De Wiele, Esdreef 40 à 9820 Merelbeke (tel. : +32.498.86.91.71).

Art. 2: Type d’épreuve

La compétition est réservée à la catégorie Dames Elites. Elle est inscrite au calendrier UCI en classe WE 2.1 et est soumise aux règlements de l’UCI et la LVRB.

Art. 3: Participation

Conformément aux règlements de l’UCI, les équipes suivantes peuvent participer à la compétition : Equipes Féminines UCI, Equipes Nationales, Equipes Régionales et Equipes de Club. Le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 4 et de maximum 6, conformément à l’article 2.2.003 du règlement de l’UCI.Conformément à l’article 2.12.009 du règlement de l’UCI, les points suivants seront attribués pour le Classement UCI-Elite Dames :

place au classement individuel au temps: 80, 60, 45, 35, 30, 25, 21, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 par étape : 16, 12, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2pour le leader au classement individuel au temps après chaque étape : 4

Art. 4: Permanence

La permanence d’accueil se tient le lundi 5 septembre 2016 de 14h00 à 19h00 à la salle ‘Vroeger en Nu’, Dadizeelsestraat 33 à 8890 Moorslede (tel. : +320496.86.28.75).

La confirmation des partants au départ et le retrait des dossards par les responsables d’équipes se font à la permanence, le même jour, de 15h00 à 16h45. La réunion des directeurs sportifs, en présence des Membres du Collège des Commissaires, est fixée à 17h00 et aura lieu au même endroit.

Art. 5: Radio-Tour

Les informations de course sont émise sur la fréquence de 160.10625 Mhz.

Art. 6: Assistance Technique Neutre

Le service d’assistance technique neutre (au moyen de 2 voitures d’assistance et d’une moto) est assuré par l’asbl Passion for Cycling ( Wim DE WOLF - tél. : +32.477.202.135).

Art. 7: Incidents et arrivée au sommet

Article 2.6.027, concernant les incidents dans les 3 derniers kilomètres, est applicable dans toutes les étapes. Il n’y aura pas d’ étapes considérées comme étape avec arrivée au sommet.

Art. 8: Délais d’arrivée

En fonction des caractéristiques des étapes, les délais d’arrivée ont été fixées à 12%.

Conformément à l’article 2.06.032 du règlement de l’UCI, le Collège des Commissaires peut prolonger les délais d’arrivée en cas exceptionnels, imprévisibles ou de force majeure.

Art. 9: Bonifications

A l’arrivée de chaque étape en ligne, des bonifications sont attribuées aux 3 premiers: 10‘’ au 1er, 6’’ au 2ème, 4’’ au 3ème. Ces bonifications comptent seulement pour le classement individuel au temps, le classement des jeunes et le classement de la meilleure participante belge.

De plus, des bonifications en temps sont également attribuées, lors de chaque étape en ligne, à chaque des trois sprints intermédiaire (rushes), à savoir : 3 secondes au vainqueur, 2 secondes à la deuxième et 1 seconde à la troisième.

Art. 10: Prologue

Le 6 septembre il y aura un prologue à Nieuwpoort. Toutes les participantes prennent le départ avec un intervalle de une minute. L’ordre de départ par équipe est fixé par l’organisation. L’ordre de départ des concurrentes est communiqué par les directeurs sportifs respectifs à l’inscription le lundi 5 septembre.

Art. 11: Classements

Les classements sont établis comme suit :

Classement individuel au temps

Le leader du classement individuel au temps porte le maillot Lotto.

En cas d’égalité de temps au classement général individuel, il est fait appel à l’addition des places obtenues à chaque étape, et, en dernier ressort, à la place obtenue à la dernière étape disputée.

Classement aux pointsLe leader du classement aux points porte le maillot Assumax.Le classement est établi par l’addition des points obtenus à l’arrivée de chaque étape.En cas d’égalité dans le classement général individuel par points, les critères suivants doivent être appliqués dans l’ordre jusqu’à ce que les coureurs soient départagés:1. le nombre de victoires d’étapes;2. le nombre de victoires dans les sprints intermédiaires;3. le classement général individuel au temps.

Classement des rushesLe leader du classement des rushes porte le maillot Vondelmolen.Il y aura 3 sprints intermédiaires (rushes) par étape en ligne et les points suivants seront attribués à chaque sprint : 3 à la première, 2 à la deuxième et 1 à la troisième concurrente.En cas d’égalité dans le classement des rushes, les critères suivants doivent être appliqués dans l’ordre jusqu’à ce que les coureurs soient départagés:1. le nombre de sprints intermédiaires gagnés2. la place au classement individuel au temps

Rush d’Or : Le premier rush de chaque étape en ligne s’appelle ‘rush d’or’ et une prime de €200 est allouée au vainqueur.

Classement des Jeunes

Le leader du classement des jeunes porte le maillot Geka kaas.

Ce classement est ouvert aux participantes nées en 1991 ou plus tard. Le classement des jeunes est basé sur le classement général individuel au temps.

En cas d’égalité au classement individuel au temps, il est fait appel à l’addition des places obtenues à chaque étape, et, en dernier ressort, à la place obtenue à la dernière étape disputée.

Classement de la Montagne (GPM).

Le leader du classement de la Montagne porte le maillot RenotrapLe classement de la montagne est établi par l’addition des points obtenus au cours des deux dernières étapes (à Lierde et à Grammont) dans lesquels, lors de chaque sprint GPM, les 3 premiers coureurs gagnent respectivement 5, 3 et 1 points.Dans le cas d’une égalité au classement des GPM, les critères suivants doivent être appliqués dans l’ordre jusqu’à ce qu’il y ait départage :1. le nombre de premières places dans les montées;

2. le classement individuel au temps.

Classement de la meilleure participante belge

La meilleure participante belge porte le maillot Sport Vlaanderen.Pour être prise en compte pour ce classement, les participantes doivent être de nationalité belge. Le classement est déterminé en fonction du classement individuel au temps.

En cas d’égalité au classement individuel au temps, il est fait appel à l’addition des places obtenues à chaque étape, et en dernier ressort, à la place obtenue à la dernière étape disputée.

Classement par Equipes

La classement par équipes du jour s’établit par l’addition des trois meilleurs temps individuels de chaque équipe. En cas d’égalité, les équipes sont départagées par l’addition des places obtenues par leurs 3 meilleurs temps de l’étape. En cas de nouvelle égalité, les équipes sont départagées par la place de leur meilleur coureur au classement de l’étape.

Le classement général par équipes s’établit par l’addition des trois meilleurs temps individuels de chaque équipe dans toutes les étapes courues. En cas d’ex-aequo, les critères suivants doivent être appliqués dans l’ordre jusqu’à ce que les coureurs soient départagés::1. le nombre de premières places dans le classement par équipes du jour;2. le nombre de deuxièmes places dans le classement par équipes du jour;3. le nombre de troisièmes places dans le classement par équipes du jour.S’il y a toujours égalité, les équipes sont départagées par la place de leur meilleur coureur au classement individuel au temps.

Toute équipe réduite à moins de 3 coureurs est éliminée du classement général par équipes.

Prix de la combativité

Après chaque étape en ligne, un jury composé par l’organisateur attribuera un prix de 50,00 € au coureur le plus combatif.

Remarque générale

Pour obtenir un prix à un classement individuel, une concurrente doit avoir accompli la totalité du parcours de la course (les 4 étapes).

Art. 13: Antidopage

Le règlement antidopage de l’UCI et celui de la Communauté Flamande s’appliquent intégralement à la présente épreuve.

Art. 14: Protocole

Conformément à l’article 1.2.112 du règlement de l’UCI, les coureurs suivants doivent se présenter quotidiennement au protocole, immédiatement après la fin del’étape (dans les 15 minutes): Le Premier de l’etape, les leaders des classements individuels et la concurrente la plus combative du jour.

A la cérémonie de clôture à Grammont, les coureurs suivants doivent se présenter, immédiatement après la fin de l’étape: les 3 premières de l’étape; les 3 premières au classement individuel au temps ; les gagnants des classements annexes suivants : le classement aux points, le classement des rushes, le classement des jeunes et le classement de la montagne; la meilleure belge finale; les coureurs de l’équipe qui gagne le classement par équipes et la plus combative du jour.

Art. 15: Pénalités

Le barème des pénalités de l’UCI est le seul applicable.

Art. 16: Protection de l’Environnement

Les coureurs doivent utiliser les zones de déchets avant et après les zones de ravitaillement et à 20 km. de l’arrivée. Ces endroits seront marqués par des panneaux verts (green zone).

Art. 17 : Passages à niveau

Il est strictement interdit de passer les passages à niveau lorsque les barrières sont fermées.En dehors de risquer la peine prévue par la loi pour une telle infraction, les coureurs fautifs seront éliminés de la compétition par les commissaires.
