600  Watt  Grid  Tie  Inverter  These  units  produce  600  watts  of  power  to  directly  feed  into  your  power  grid.  The  120  volts  of  AC  produced  are  of  pure  sine  wave  form.  This  means  that  the  power  you  are  feeding  into  your  home  is  often  better  than  the  electricity  provided  by  the  local  power  company.  The  units  are  “stackable.”    Stackable  means  you  can  use  one  On  Grid  Kit  to  produce  up  to  600  watts  of  power  or  2  kits  to  produce  up  to  1200  watts  and  so  on.  Each  On  Grid  Kit  comes  with  a  Dump  Load  Resistor.  This  device  heats  up  if  the  power  being  produced  has  no  place  to  go.  It  is  meant  to  slow  down  your  Wind  Turbine  during  times  of  high  winds  and  when  the  power  being  produced  has  no  place  to  go  within  your  grid.  

I  often  get  questions  from  customers  stating  that  you  must  get  electric  company  approval  or  my  Inverters  are  illegal,  etc.  The  answer  to  these  comments  is  WRONG!  The  Inverters  I  sell  have  “Island  Protection.”  This  means  that  unless  the  Inverter  senses  that  your  grid  is  energized  or  “hot”  power  will  not  be  fed  from  the  Wind  Turbine  into  your  grid.  So  if  your  power  goes  out  as  a  result  of  your  electric  company,  electricity  will  stop  being  fed  into  your  grid.  So  the  Inverters  pose  no  danger  to  electric  company  workers  and  do  not  require  permission  to  install.  Once  electric  company  power  is  restored  your  Inverter  begins  functioning  automatically.
