Laminar Mass Flow Meters The patented technology in Alicat Laminar Mass Flow Meters compensates for changesin process temperature and pressure – ensuring fast (<10 milliseconds), stable and accurate readings.
Alicat meters will enable you to decrease cycle time, increase repeatability and signi� cantly improve processes in many research and industrial applications.
M Series: Meters in any flow range from 0.5 sccm through 4000 slpm full scale.
Laminar Mass Flow Controllers Alicat Laminar Mass Flow Controllers combine all of the unique features of our mass � ow meters with a proportional control valve to provide you with unparalleled versatility, precision and speed of control.
You get stand-alone control, <50 millisecond response (typical) and the ability to control pressure while measuring mass � ow.
MC Series: Controllers in any � ow range from 0.5 sccm through 100 slpm full scale.

WHISPER Low Pressure Drop Mass Flow Meters and Controllers Alicat’s Whisper Series o� ers the lowest pressure drop available for mass � ow metering or control on the market today.
Whisper meters and controllers are available in full-scale ranges from 0.5 sccm to 500 slpm full scale with a 200:1 turndown ratio and pressure drops ranging from 0.1 psid to 0.7 psid.

Dual Valve Pressure and Diff erential Pressure Controllers Alicat’s unique Dual Valve Pressure Controller (PCD) is ideal for dead-end (closed volume) applications that demand precise pressure control.Our PCD integrates an internal pressure gauge and two proportional control valves. One valve maintains the set pressure while the other controls exhaust � ow, saving gas and eliminating the need for a constant bleed.

Alicat’s Flow Vision™ MX software gives you an easy way to do GAS BLENDINGusing Alicat Mass Flow Controllers and your own PC. Using our inexpensive BB9-USB and a single USB connection you can:

Just connect your unique gases to each controller, select the gas type either locally on the controller or through Flow Vision™ MX and manifold the � ow outputs to create your gas mix.
BB9 Multi-Drop BoxThe BB9 Multi-Drop Box makes it convenient to wire multiple � ow and/or pressure devices to a single USB, RS-232 or RS-485 port.
All of the � ow and/or pressure devices may be powered via a terminal block on the front of the BB9. If more than nine devices are required, additional Multi-Drop Boxes can be daisy chained together.
