6.) Configure the search by Geography (3 digit zip code) and Business Size (1-9 employees, 0-2.5 million in revenue) and click on Update Count and then View Results.

7.) If you have downloaded leads in this zip code previously, advance to the page that contains the last company name you downloaded. Scan down the Executive Name column and check only those with contact names available. You are limited to 25 leads in one download. The system will tell you when have exceed that limit. Download those 25, making a note of the last page number and click on the Download button.

8.) Click on the Download Records button and save the file on your computer somewhere you can find it later, using the following naming convention: (3 digit zip code followed by the page number – for example 704pg1). By using this naming convention, the next time you download leads, you will know the last page you used. You can look in that list to see what the last company name was and start selecting new leads from that point forward.

To download more than 25 leads during one session, simply go back to the lead pages where you currently have leads selected and clear the check boxes. (Hint – click on the check box next to the word Company in the blue banner twice and it will clear all the leads on the page.) Then go to the last page you were on, start with the next company in the list and repeat the process with a new set of 25 leads. Congratulations. You now have a set of free small business leads with contact information. This is exactly the same information you would receive from GoLeads, it is virtually unlimited and it’s free.
