501 Insulation Tester

The model 5 01 can be u sed for general purpose insulation tests that r equire voltagesfrom 50V to 1000V only.The Instru ment i s equipped wi th AC and DC measuring ran ges up to 1 00 0V. This is

advantageous for testing for the absence of voltage and the discharge of capacitivedevices under test.The 50 1 f eatures a quick testing signal lamp w ithin the test probe that illuminates thework area. The signal lamp can also be used for quick Pass/ Fail evaluations ofinsulation resistances. Minim um va lues for in sulation resistances are present if thelamp lights up.Comes equipped with built-in test probes, an alligator clip, a leatherette carrying caseand batteries.
