Essay Write-upCompetition 2021
To celebrate 50 years of independence, the Centre of Governance Studies (CGS) has announced a countrywide essay writing competition for youths titled "50 years Achievement of Bangladesh". The competition is open for all students enrolled in Intermediate/A levels, Honors, and Master's programs. The write-ups should be based on -
The topic for Intermediate/A levels: “Highlight Bangladesh’s progress as a nation in the 50 years since her inception”.
The topic for Honors/Masters: “Analyze the changing role of Bangladesh on the world stage in the last 50 years”.
Guidelines:• The length of each essay should not exceed 1500 words;• Every participant must send a scanned copy of their student ID to prove studentship;• The essay can be in English or Bengali;• Only one write-up can be submitted by one individual;• Individuals with already published and plagiarized write-ups will not be considered as participants.
The Deadline to submission is:30 November 2021 at email: [email protected] Judges will pick the best submissions on the above categories and the selected essays will be published in the form of a compilation. The compilation will be presented publicly on the �nal day of CGS’s yearlong program titled “50th year of Bangladesh'' (20th December 2021, InterContinental Dhaka). The winners of the essay competition will be honoured at the event.
