you can have2. Feel thankful for it3. It could be relationships, career,

beliefs, skills, property, anything and everything.

4. Make it an habit to say thanks , ex when you are waking up or going to bed

5. Say thanks to everybody for they being in your life with full heart

4. Anxiety is caused by too much thinking about future, let go of those thoughts and live in present
