House Keeping is a process wherein everyonein the company is committed & involved in upkeept of the workplace & cleanliness of M/C, material, Information etc. Such that only needed material + information is kept and its fastest accessibility is ensured.
What is House Keeping
• Systematic approach to a better workplace• Involves arrangement, cleanliness, discipline and
maintenance of standards• Assign a place for everything and ensures
everything in its place• Is everybody’s responsibility• Is the starting point of any improvement activity• Means early retrieval of information
