Contamination Survey

1- Login into https://elmer.ehs.utoronto.ca using your UTORid and password

2- The first screen appears. Select “Contamination survey”

3- The Inventory List menu opens. Select “Add Contaminations Survey”.

4- A form appears. Select the triangle mark to see the calendar

5- Enter the date of the survey

6- Click in the blue “i-link” field

7- The List of Labs is loaded. Select the lab where you are working

8- The “Lab” field is automatically updated. Enter the name of the person who made the survey

9- Open the list of detector of your lab.

10- Select the detector used for the contamination survey

11- Click the mark to select “yes” or “no”

12- If a contamination was found, inform what was done.

13- Save your information

14- The last contamination survey appears at the top of the list.

15- Click the “BACK” button or log-off.
