STOP & JOT while you read tonight * As you read, remember that readers think and ask questions as they read.
During your reading tonight, try your best this time to use your imagination to understand your book. Pay attention to what’s happening and imagine more than just what’s in the pictures. Use your imagination to turn the pictures into a movie in your mind. Then jot a short retell of what had happened so far while still using your imagination.
Math: Module 3: Place Value, Counting, and Comparison of Numbers to 1,000.

Writing: Unit 2: Lessons from the Masters: Improving Narrative Writing* Begin writing a new small moments story. Remember, your small moment story should focus on one moment that is stretched out across the pages. Some ideas are:
