They were undertaking significant business transformation, which included changing their business model from being a primarily locally manufactured organisation to an internationally sourced one, and needed help to develop their capability into a high performing supply chain organisation that will improve service level performance whilst reducing working capital and costs. This programme of work focussed on sustainable improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain Planningfunction. The programme included People, Processes, Systems & Data:

● Created a customer offer in terms that could be operationalised within supply chain to improve customerservice and reduce costs

● Implemented a best practice supply and demand management operating model to support the supplychain challenges created by the move to off shore sourcing

● Built sustainable capability by up-skilling the planning team● Enhanced the current planning tools and systems to drive the process● Developed Executive reporting and root cause analysis tools for tracking and improving supply chain

performance
