Welcome to “Prime Times”, a monthly magazine dedicated to high-quality living for active adults.
We have been publishing locally for many years in this community and it has long been a dream of ours to create a publication that embraces the positive aspects of adult living at its prime.
Our active adult populations represent a valuable resource to both small and big businesses and “Prime Times” is a valuable resource for active adults in your area!
We distribute 25,000 copies of The Prime Times in the S. E Valley via combination of direct mail and local distribution points. We offer you the power of cost effective DISPLAY advertising to a very targeted adult audience!
What Are Active Adult Communities?
• By definition there are two basic types of active adult communities. One type of active adult community is age-restricted (50+) , and the other is age-targeted (no age restrictions) .
• Our distribution includes both age restricted as well as age targeted and are leisure or resort-style active adult communities. The majority are gated complete with pools, golf courses, entertainment, tennis, fitness clubs and more.
