    review and monitoring of their programmes and awards.

    The quality assurance of programs and awards are expected to include:

    development and publication of explicit intended learning outcomes;

    careful attention to curriculum and program design and content;

    specific needs of different modes of delivery and types of higher education;

    The goals of monitoring are as follows: The main tools of program monitoringare as follows: assessing the program (separatedisciplines) implementation andefficiency of acquiring the intendedlearning outcomes; revealing the program weaknesses andpropose the necessary improvements tothe program/disciplines; assessing the efficiency of the teaching

    and learning processes, andtechnologies, revealing the resourcesneeds; assessing accordance of the programscharacteristics (admission, contingent,dismissals, progress, graduation etc.)with the target indices establishedinitially.

    students survey on satisfaction withdifferent aspects of the program(disciplines); the most successful and the mostunsuccessful (irrelevant) programcomponents from the studentsperspective; external expertise of the programimplementation; analysis of the main quantitativeindicators of the program (admission,contingent, graduates, resources,students progress etc).
