The Carpenter’s Place is a great local establishment that provides the tools necessary for rebuilding the lives of local homeless individuals.

Quality Trainer

PRIMARY DUTIES: The Quality Assurance Trainer develops, facilitates, and performs Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training. Supports Learning Management System activities and ensures training records are adequate and inspection ready.

• Develop and deliver interactive New Hire GMP Training.

• Develop and deliver interactive classroom GMP Refresher Training

• Prepare annual training schedule and provide organizational access to the schedule.

• Administer and deliver train-the-trainer program to selected functional areas of the organization.

• As required, prepare training materials, training documentation, visual aids, procedure revision training, and job aids in order tosupport business needs.

• Assist in identifying training opportunities and perform needs assessments when requested.

• Support initiatives of partnering with departmental leaders to develop and implement robust on the job training programs.

• Support maintenance of training documentation in Learning Management System and hard copy training records in an inspection ready state.

• Support customer audit process as well as partner with departmental leaders to develop training interventions in response to corrective actions.

• Understand cGMP practices and policies and have the ability to train others on these concepts.

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Visio and Adobe Illustrator experience preferred.

• Attendance to work is an essential function of this job.

• Other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree preferred.

• Preferred, minimum of two (2) years of related experience

• Excellent knowledge of CGMPs guidelines, 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 and other regulatory standards

• Demonstrated ability to design training materials and deliver interactive training

• Ability to execute multiple tasks

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills.

• Understands concepts related to root cause analysis

• Able to define a problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Able to interpret and apply information from charts, graphs, SOPs/WP, and other technical documentation

• Must have an excellent attendance and performance/work record.

• Must be able to pass required testing for position.

• Must be physically capable to perform the above duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
