LOCATION

The property is located in the Cowichan Valley roughly 10

km south of Duncan. The Cowichan Valley is a vast area

that ranges from Mill Bay to Ladysmith. The subject

property is within the community of Cobble Hill. There are

several light industrial properties located in the Fisher

Road industrial area. Immediately adjacent to the

property is the Rona Home Centre and Pacific Homes is

the easement area for ingress and egress. The site has
