'3 Six 5 - Event Space' is the perfect balance of inner city industrial with modern finishes.
Showcasing high-pitched ceilings and feature wooden beams, the venue also features raw
concrete floors, neutral white walls, bar & kitchen facilities.
This combined with a capacity for up to 260 people the space can accommodate any type of
event in the heart of Perth City.
Our aim is to make the process of organizing an event as seamless as possible with the help
of our dedicated events team to assist with all aspects of the day whether liaising with
external suppliers, scaling floor plans or overseeing the setup on the day.

This cost covers the set up, supply and
pack down of the catering.
All you have to do is turn up and let us do the work!
We allow and encourage external food catering!
Please keep in mind our kitchen is
classified as a finishing kitchen. This means there is no extraction and its suitable for
finishing off dishes and serve pre-cooked food. Extraction-less ovens and other cooking
equipment is welcome!

DOES EVERYTHING NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN EXTERNALLY? '3 Six 5 - Event Space' is a blank canvas venue that lends itself to each unique event style, which does mean that somefurniture, styling etc can be hired externally. We have great relationships with Perth Vendors and would be more than
happy to arrange a quote and liaise with them on your behalf. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR A SEATED EVENT?
200 guests. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR A COCKTAIL EVENT?
260 guests. AM I ALLOWED TO BRING IN MY OWN BEVERAGE & CATERING?
External food catering is more than welcome at the venue, providing health and safety regulations are met. As we are afully licensed venue all beverages must be provided and served by us, so BYO beverages are not permitted..
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY? Absolutely. We understand that your fur baby is important part of your life and
are more than welcome at the venue for ceremonies. CAN WE HAVE OUR OWN MUSIC?
You can have a DJ, live performers or even bring in your own device and link it to our in-house AV system. All musicalperformers are responsible for bringing their own equipment and table.. Please discuss with your coordinator before
booking any live entertainment. WHAT REPRESENTATIVES FROM VIN & FLOWER WILL BE AT MY EVENT?
In addition to your venue coordinator in the lead up to your event, evening events will include 1-5 staff. Additional staffing can be arranged for an additional fee.
General Information
WHAT’S THE LATEST WE CAN STAY AT THE VENUE? All events must conclude by midnight. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS WITH DECORATING & STYLING? Flowers, decorations & lighting are welcome at the venue. However the responsibility for delivery & timely removal ofthese items is that of the contract signer not the venue. All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event or following day at a time agreed with the venue. The use of glitter, nails, pins, staples & tape adhesive are not permitted. If you have any queries please contact the events team. BUMP IN/OUT Standard access for suppliers is on the day of the event. Different access times may be available pending on otherevents around that time, please discuss this with your event coordinator. IS THERE PARKING NEARBY? There is nearby street parking plus additional car parks less than 5 minutes walking distance from the venue. ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? Yes. We do need to know about disability access requirements beforehand though. Due to the unique layout of the venue we need to make minor modifications prior. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO CONIFRM A BOOKING? To move forward and confirm a booking a deposit equal to the venue hire is required. With final payment required thirty (30) days prior DO I NEED SECURITY? Security may be a requirement for certain evening events over 80 – please discuss this with your venue coordinator.Security is charged at $55/hour for a minimum of four hours.
