Proof Test 静态测试 1Before the test, two parameter must be stated,1. Pull power: The power (kN) that the test shall
maintain 拉力2. Pull speed: 1 – 100% in steps of 1% 速度The test is started with the ‘Start’ button and is always possible to discontinue the test with the ‘Stop’ button.

1. The test subject is pulled to the pre-set value. 2. The power unloaded and the hydraulic
aggregate switches off.

Hold Test 静态测试 2Before the test, three parameters must be stated,1. Holding Time: Indicate in seconds 0 – 1200 sec
(20mins). 保压时间2. Load Force: The power (kN) which the test shall
maintain during a certain time. 拉力3. The Piston Speed: 0 – 100% in step of 1% 速度

When the parameters are set, the test is started with the ‘Start’ button and is always possible to interrupt with ‘Stop’ button.

1. The test subject is pulled to the pre-set value.2. The hold time starts to count.3. The time has reached, the test is completed.4. The power unloaded and the hydraulic
aggregate switches off.
In cases where the pre-set value is not reached, it is possible to start the time manually with ‘Start Hold Time’ button.

Tensile Test 断裂测试1.It works towards the maximum load of the pull test bench.2.The time required for the test is determined by the pulling speed.
To Start the tensile test, press ‘Start’ button and it is possible to interrupt the test or stop the test manually with ‘Stop’ button.

1. When the power drops to below 50% of the measured maximum load during the test.
2. The system automatically experiences a break and the test is finished.
3. The load is unloaded and the hydraulic is turned off.

Wire Rope Sling requirements for testing:

Fs = µ (coefficient of friction) x Fc
In order to use the clamp for testing, the Static Frictional Force (Fs) must be greater than Pulling Force (Fp).

Wire Rope Sling requirements for testing:
E.g.What is the required clamping force to proof test a wire rope sling for 1000kN?
Step 1. Assume Fs = Fp
Step 2. 1000 = 0.61 * Fc
Fc = 1000 / 0.61 = 1639.34 ≈ 1640kNStep 3. Fs must greater than Fp. Therefore Fc > 1640kN
Therefore theoretically Fc = 2 * Fp will be good enough to use the clamp for the test.

Fibre Rope Sling requirements for testing :• Effective Length of rope sling * Elongation
factor cannot be more than 2.5mE.g. 5m * 20% = 1m (this fibre rope of Effective
Length, 5m will elongate by 1m before it snap)
