PYROTOME CNC

Small mechanised machine with a numerical controlfor cutting 1 000 x 2 000 mm and 1 500 x 3 000 mm plates.

It is programmed from a standard shape library integratedinto the numerical control or from the drawing and nestingsoftware included in the package.

High quality tracks:They guide PYROTOME CNC smoothly and rigidly.

The repositioning precision is 0.2 mm.

Simple and quick connectionof gas supply if the oxycutting

method is used. The power supplies

are integrated into the cross arm.

The software allows manual or semi-automatic nesting of parts, tool pathgeneration and a machine program, which can be loaded thanks to a USB stickinto the D250 unit.

D250 numerical controlNumerical control adapted speciallyfor plasma and oxycutting.

It includes a library of 24 standardconfigurable shapes and all thefunctions for managing the variouscutting phases: striking, cutting,resumption after an incident etc.
