1 Align the panel with the front ofthe drive so that the panelhooks mate securely with thedrive notches.

2 Make sure the panel centernotches are aligned with thedrive center hooks, then lowerthe panel towards the rear ofthe drive. When the panelsnaps into place, it is secured.

NoteMake sure the panel snaps into place. If itdoesn't, you may no longer be able toremove the panel.

To remove the color panel

1 Hold the drive as illustrated, puta fingernail in one of thegrooves at the rear of the drive,and then release one of thedrive hooks. Repeat the samesteps for the other hook.

2 Release the center drive hooks,then gently slide the panelaway from the drive.

Align the panel centernotches with the drive hooks.

Put your fingernail inthe notch.

Gently slidethe panel andremove it.

Release thecenter hooks.

Positioning theUSB Floppy DiskDrive

The drive is designed to be usedhorizontally and vertically. When youwant to use it vertically, you must installthe stand supplied with the drive. Fordetails, see “Installing and Removing theDrive Stand”, page 8.

Warning• When using the drive vertically, make sure

that you place the drive on a stablehorizontal surface. Failing to do so maycause the drive to fall resulting indamage, injury, and/or loss of dataon the floppy disk.

• Do not use the drive in any other positionthan horizontal and vertical.

Installing andRemoving theDrive Stand

This section describes how to install andremove the stand of the drive whenusing the drive vertically.

To install the stand

1 Holding the drive vertically,insert the stand hook into thenotch at the rear of the drive.

2 Raise the stand toward thedrive until the stand pins snapinto the notches under thedrive.

Using the USBFloppy Disk Drive

This section describes how to use thedrive.

With a Windows system

1 Holding a floppy disk label sideup, push it into the drive untilyou hear a click.

NoteWhen you are using the drive vertically,insert the floppy disk so that the label sidefaces the same direction as the colorpanel.

2 Perform the desired operationswith the floppy disk from yourcomputer.

3 To eject the floppy disk, waituntil the status indicator goesoff, and then push the ejectbutton.

NoteDo not eject the floppy disk from thedrive while the status indicator is on asthis may result in data loss or damage.

Notes• Do not eject the floppy disk by pushing

the eject button before dragging thefloppy disk icon to the trash can as thismay result in data loss or damage.

• It is recommended to eject the floppydisk from the drive before yourcomputer goes into sleep mode.

To write-protect a floppy diskTo prevent data on a floppy disk frombeing overwritten, you can write-protectthe floppy disk. When the floppy disk iswrite-protected, data cannot be saved onit.

To write-protect a floppy disk, push thewrite-protect tab as illustrated below.

To remove the write-protection on afloppy disk, push the write-protect tab asillustrated below.

Usage Notes

Usage with other USB devicesBecause the drive is a high-powereddevice (bus-powered; draws 500 mA ofcurrent or less), it may malfunction if thepower from the computer is not stable.Therefore, the drive operation is notguaranteed in the following situations.• When using the drive at the same time

as other high-powered USB devicessuch as hard disks, CD-ROM drives,scanners, and printers.

• When multiple drives are connected atthe same time.

• When using the drive at the same timeas a bus-powered hub.

Connection to the USB hub• Connect the drive directly to your

computer’s USB port (root hub).Operation is not guaranteed when youconnect the drive to other bus-poweredhubs such as keyboard hubs.

Installing theWindows XPDevice Driver

Windows XP does not require a devicedriver to use the drive because thedevice driver is already installed. It isautomatically found when you connectthe drive to your computer.

Installing theWindows MeDevice Driver

This section explains how to install thedrive device driver on a system runningWindows Me.

To install the device driver

1 Insert USB Floppy Disk DriveDevice Driver CD-ROM into theCD-ROM drive of yourcomputer.

2 Connect the USB connector ofthe drive to the USB port ofyour computer.The Add New Hardware wizard starts andthe following dialog box appears.

3 Select “Specify the location ofthe driver (Advanced)”, andthen click [Next].The following dialog box appears.

4 Select the “Specify a location”check box and type“X:\Win2000.ME” (where X isyour CD-ROM drive letter) inthe box.

NoteMake sure that all the other check boxesare clear.

IMPORTANT NOTICEThe following “END USER LICENSEAGREEMENT” applies to the USB FloppyDisk Drive Device Driver software provided bySony. Please read the following “END USERLICENSE AGREEMENT” before installing.By installing the device driver software, youagree to the “END USER LICENSEAGREEMENT”.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you(hereafter referred to as the User) and SonyCorporation (hereafter referred to as Sony)pertaining to the right to use the USB FloppyDisk Drive Device Driver software (hereafterreferred to as the PROGRAM). Using thePROGRAM indicates your acceptance of theseterms and conclusion of the Agreementbetween the User and Sony.

1 Copyright and all other rights relating to thePROGRAM and documents accompanyingthe PROGRAM are owned by Sony or theoriginal rightful person or organization(hereafter referred to as the original rightfulperson) granting Sony the right to use thePROGRAM. The User is granted no rightsother than those specified in this agreement.

2 Sony grants the User the non-exclusive,indivisible and non-transferable right to usethe PROGRAM for the purpose of using theSony product “USB floppy disk drive” forwhich the PROGRAM designates.

3 The User may not transfer the Right of Usedescribed above to any third party nor allowfor any third party to use the PROGRAMunless the User obtains the advance writtenpermission of Sony.

4 The User may not export or transport thePROGRAM or documents accompanying thePROGRAM from the country where the Userinstalled the PROGRAM to any othercountry.

5 The User may not (i) update, add to, ormodify nor (ii) de-assemble or de-compilethe PROGRAM either in whole or in part.

6 THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIEDWARRANTIES, INCLUDINGWARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE OR NON-DEFECTIVENESS.

2 Vérifiez que les encochescentrales du panneau sontalignées avec les crochetscentraux du lecteur puisabaissez le panneau versl’arrière du lecteur. Lorsque lepanneau s’enclenche en place,il est fixé.

RemarqueVérifiez que le panneau s’enclenche enplace. Si ce n’est pas le cas, vous risquezde ne plus pouvoir l’enlever.

Pour retirer le panneau decouleur

1 Tenez le lecteur comme illustré,glissez un ongle dans l’une desrainures à l’arrière du lecteurpuis relâchez l’un des crochetsdu lecteur. Recommencez cetteprocédure pour l’autre crochet.

2 Libérez les crochets centrauxdu lecteur puis faitesdoucement glisser le panneauen l’éloignant du lecteur.

Position dulecteur dedisquette USB

Le lecteur est conçu pour être utilisé enposition horizontale et verticale. Si voussouhaitez l’utiliser en position verticale,vous devez installer le support fourniavec le lecteur. Pour de plus amplesinformations, reportez-vous à la section« Installation et retrait du support dulecteur », à la page 7.

Avertissement• Lorsque vous utilisez le lecteur en position

verticale, veillez à placer le lecteur sur unesurface horizontale stable. Sinon lelecteur risque de tomber, ce qui peutl’endommager, provoquer desblessures et/ou perdre des donnéessur la disquette.

• N’utilisez pas le lecteur dans une positionautres que verticale et horizontale.

Alignez les encoches centrales dupanneau avec les crochets du lecteur.

Arrière du lecteur

Glissez un ongledans l’encoche.

Faites doucementglisser le panneauet retirez-le.

Libérez lescrochets centraux.

Pour installer le support

1 Tout en tenant le lecteur enposition verticale, insérez lecrochet du support dansl’encoche située à l’arrière dulecteur.

2 Levez le support vers le lecteurjusqu’à ce que le supports’enclenche dans les encochessituées sous le lecteur.

Pour retirer le support

1 Tout en tenant le lecteur enposition verticale, poussez versle bas l’avant du support, enprenant soin de ne pas le fairetomber.

2 Retirez le crochet du support del’encoche située à l’arrière dulecteur.

même temps que d’autrespériphériques USB à grande puissancetels que disques durs, lecteurs deCD-ROM, scanners et imprimantes.

• Lorsque plusieurs lecteurs sontconnectés en même temps.

Pour installer le pilote depériphérique

1 Insérer le CD-ROM du pilotepour le lecteur de disquetteUSB dans le lecteur CD-ROMde l’ordinateur.

2 Achten Sie darauf, dass dieKerben in der Mitte derSeitenkante der Platte an denHaken in der Mitte derSeitenkante des Laufwerksausgerichtet sind und senkenSie die Platte in RichtungHinterkante des Laufwerks ab.Wenn die Platte hörbareinrastet, ist sie sicher befestigt.

HinweisDie Platte muss hörbar einrasten. Ist diesnicht der Fall, können Sie die Plattemöglicherweise nicht mehr abnehmen.

So nehmen Sie die Dekoplatte ab

1 Halten Sie das Laufwerk wieabgebildet, greifen Sie miteinem Fingernagel in eine derKerben an der Hinterkante desLaufwerks und lösen Sie einender Haken am Laufwerk. GehenSie bei dem zweiten Hakenebenfalls wie erläutert vor.

2 Lösen Sie die Haken in derMitte der Seitenkante desLaufwerks und schieben Sie diePlatte vorsichtig vom Laufwerk.

Aufstellen des USB-Diskettenlaufwerks

Das Laufwerk kann in horizontaler undin vertikaler Position verwendet werden.Wenn Sie es in vertikaler Positionverwenden wollen, müssen Sie den mitdem Laufwerk gelieferten Ständerinstallieren. Näheres dazu finden Sieunter „Anbringen und Abnehmen desLaufwerkständers“ auf Seite 7.

Achtung• Wenn Sie das Laufwerk in vertikaler

Position aufstellen, achten Sie darauf, dassder Standort stabil und waagrecht ist.Andernfalls kann das Laufwerkherunterfallen. Dabei kann esbeschädigt werden, es bestehtVerletzungsgefahr und/oder Datenauf der Diskette können verlorengehen.

• Stellen Sie das Laufwerk ausschließlichhorizontal oder vertikal, nicht jedoch ineiner anderen Position auf.

Anbringen des Ständers

1 Halten Sie das Laufwerkvertikal und setzen Sie denHaken am Ständer in die Kerbean der Rückseite desLaufwerks ein.

2 Drücken Sie den Ständer inRichtung des Laufwerks nachoben, bis die Ständerstifte inden Kerben unter demLaufwerk einrasten.

Abnehmen des Ständers

1 Halten Sie das Laufwerkvertikal und drücken Sie dieVorderkante des Ständers nachunten. Achten Sie darauf,Ständer und Laufwerk dabeinicht fallen zu lassen.

2 Hängen Sie den Haken amStänder aus der Kerbe an derRückseite des Laufwerks aus.

Um eine Diskette schreibzuschützen,schieben Sie den Schreibschutzschalterin die nachstehend abgebildete Richtung.

Zum Aufheben des Schreibschutzeseiner Diskette, schieben Sie denSchreibschutzschalter in die nachstehendabgebildete Richtung.

Verwendungshinweise

Verwendung mit anderenUSB-GerätenDas Laufwerk ist ein Hochleistungsgerät(Stromversorgung über Bus; benötigtmaximal 500 mA Stromstärke). Daherkann es zu Fehlfunktionen kommen,wenn die Stromversorgung desComputers nicht stabil ist.Aus diesem Grund kann der Betriebdes Laufwerks in folgendenSituationen nicht gewährleistetwerden.• Wenn das Laufwerk gleichzeitig mit

anderen USB-Hochleistungsgerätenwie z. B. Festplatten, CD-ROM-Laufwerken, Scannern und Druckernverwendet wird.

• Wenn mehrere Laufwerke gleichzeitigangeschlossen sind.

• Wenn das Laufwerk zur selben Zeitwie ein über den Bus mit Stromversorgter Hub verwendet wird.

Verbindung mit einem USB-Hub• Schließen Sie das Laufwerk sicher an

Bitte lesen Sie denfolgenden“ENDBENUTZERLIZENZVERTRAG” durch,bevor Sie diese Software installieren. Indem Siedie Gerätetreibersoftware installieren, erklären Siesich mit dem“ENDBENUTZERLIZENZVERTRAG”einverstanden.

ENDBENUTZERLIZENZVERTRAGDies ist eine rechtsgültige Vereinbarungzwischen Ihnen (nachfolgend Benutzer genannt)und der Sony Corporation (nachfolgend Sonygenannt) hinsichtlich der Befugnis zurBenutzung der Gerätetreibersoftware fürUSB-Diskettenlaufwerke (nachfolgendPROGRAMM genannt). Indem Sie dasPROGRAMM benutzen, erklären Sie sich mitdem Zustandekommen diesesEndbenutzerlizenzvertrags zwischen Ihnen(dem Benutzer) und Sony einverstanden undakzeptieren die Bestimmungen des Vertrags.

1 Das Urheberrecht und alle weiteren Rechtehinsichtlich des PROGRAMMS und der mitdem PROGRAMM mitgeliefertenDokumentation besitzt Sony oder dieursprünglich berechtigte Person oderOrganisation (nachfolgend als die ursprünglichberechtigte Person bezeichnet), die Sony dasRecht zur Nutzung des PROGRAMMSgewährt. Dem Benutzer werden keine anderenals die in diesem Vertrag ausdrücklicherwähnten Rechte zugestanden.

2 Sony gewährt dem Benutzer das nichtausschließliche, unteilbare und nichtübertragbare Recht zur Nutzung desPROGRAMMS zum Zweck der Verwendungdes Sony-Produkts “USB-Diskettenlaufwerk”,für das das PROGRAMM gedacht ist.

3 Der Benutzer darf das oben beschriebeneNutzungsrecht weder einem Drittenübertragen, noch einem Dritten die Nutzungdes PROGRAMMS gestatten, ohne dafür dievorherige schriftliche Genehmigung vonSony einzuholen.

4 Der Benutzer darf das PROGRAMM und diemit dem PROGRAMM mitgelieferteDokumentation nicht aus dem Land, in demer das PROGRAMM installiert hat, in einanderes Land exportieren oder transportieren.

5 Der Benutzer darf das PROGRAMM wederganz noch auszugsweise (i) aktualisieren,erweitern oder modifizieren bzw. (ii)dekompilieren oder de-assemblieren.

6 DAS PROGRAMM WIRD „WIEGESEHEN“ UND OHNE JEGLICHEAUSDRÜCKLICHE ODER IMPLIZITEGEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN, DARUNTERAUCH GEWÄHRLEISTUNGENHINSICHTLICH HANDELSÜBLICHERQUALITÄT SOWIE EIGNUNG FÜREINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK BZW.FREIHEIT VON MÄNGELNIRGENDWELCHER ART, VERKAUFT.

7 Kommt es in Verbindung mit der Nutzung desPROGRAMMS zwischen dem Benutzer undeinem Dritten zu einem Streitfall im Hinblickauf eine Verletzung des Urheberrechts,Patents oder anderer immateriellerVermögenswerte, muss der Benutzer diesenStreitfall auf seine eigenen Kosten beilegenund hat keine Ansprüche gegen Sony oder dieursprünglich berechtigte Person.

8 Sollte Sony die Nichteinhaltung einer derVertragsbestimmungen bekannt werden, sobehält Sony sich das Recht vor, diesenLizenzvertrag einseitig zu beenden. Einesolche einseitige Beendigung berührt nichtZahlungsverpflichtungen irgendwelcher Artsowie Schadenersatzforderungen. BeiBeendigung des Lizenzvertrags hat derBenutzer die Software sowie alle Kopienderselben, in welcher Form diese auchvorliegen mögen, unverzüglich zu vernichten.

9 Die nicht-englischsprachigen Versionendieses Vertrags dienen ausschließlichReferenzzwecken. Im Fall von Unterschiedenzwischen der englischsprachigen Version undden nicht-englischsprachigen Versionen giltdie englischsprachige Version.

2 Assicurarsi che le tacche nellaparte centrale del pannellosiano allineate con i gancetticentrali dell’unità, quindiabbassare il pannello verso laparte posteriore dell’unità.Quando scatta in posizione, ilpannello è fissato saldamente.

NotaAssicurarsi che il pannello scatti inposizione. Diversamente, potrebbe nonessere più possibile rimuovere il pannellostesso.

Per rimuovere il pannellocolorato

1 Tenere l’unità come mostratonell’illustrazione, inserireun’unghia in una delle fessurepresenti nella parte posterioredell’unità, quindi rilasciare unodei gancetti dell’unità. Ripeterele stesse operazioni per l’altrogancetto.

2 Rilasciare i gancetti centralidell’unità, quindi rimuovere ilpannello dall’unità facendoloscorrere delicatamente.

Posizionamentodell’unità USB perdischi floppy

L’unità è stata progettata per l’uso inposizione orizzontale e verticale. Se sidesidera utilizzarla in posizioneverticale, è innanzitutto necessarioinstallare il supporto in dotazione conl’unità. Per ulteriori informazioni, vederela sezione “Installazione e rimozione delsupporto dell’unità” a pagina 7.

Attenzione• Se l’unità viene utilizzata in posizione

verticale, assicurarsi di collocarla su unasuperficie orizzontale stabile.Diversamente, l’unità potrebbecadere causando danni, ferite e/operdita di dati contenuti nel discofloppy.

• Non utilizzare l’unità in posizione diversada orizzontale e verticale.

Per installare il supporto

1 Tenendo l’unità in posizioneverticale, inserire il gancetto delsupporto nell’apposita taccasulla parte posteriore dell’unità.

2 Sollevare il supporto versol’unità fino a che le partisporgenti del supporto nonscattano in posizione sottol’unità stessa.

Per rimuovere il supporto

1 Tenendo l’unità in posizioneverticale, spingere verso ilbasso la parte anteriore delsupporto, prestando attenzionea non farlo cadere.

2 Rimuovere il gancetto delsupporto dalla tacca sulla parteposteriore dell’unità.

Con sistema operativo Windows

1 Tenere il disco con l’etichettarivolta in alto e spingerlonell’unità sino a che si senteuno scatto.

NotaDurante l’uso dell’unità in posizioneverticale, inserire il disco floppy in modotale che il lato dell’etichetta sia rivoltonella stessa direzione del pannellocolorato.

2 Utilizzare quindi il disco floppycome desiderato.

3 Per espellere il disco floppy,controllare che l’indicatore distato operativo sia spento equindi premere il pulsante diespulsione.

NotaNon espellere il disco floppy dall’unitàdisco mentre l’indicatore di statooperativo è acceso, o potreste perderedati.

Con sistema operativo Macintosh

1 Tenere il disco con l’etichettarivolta in alto e spingerlonell’unità sino a che si senteuno scatto.Sulla scrivania appare l’iconadel disco floppy.

NotaDurante l’uso dell’unità in posizioneverticale, inserire il disco floppy in modotale che il lato dell’etichetta sia rivoltonella stessa direzione del pannellocolorato.

Per proteggere un disco floppydalla scritturaPer prevenire la distruzione dei dati cheun disco floppy contiene è possibilerenderne impossibile la modifica. Se undisco floppy è protetto dalla scrittura, idati che contiene non possono veniremodificati.

Per proteggere un disco dalla scrittura èsufficiente spingere la linguetta diprotezione dalla scrittura nel modo vistoin figura.

Per rimuovere la protezione dallascrittura di un disco è sufficientespingere la linguetta di protezione dallascrittura nel modo visto in figura.

1 I diritti d’autore e di altro tipo relative alPROGRAMMA ed alla sua documentazionesono di proprietà di Sony o della persona oorganizzazione che ne è il proprietariolegittimo originale (d’ora in poi chiamatosemplicemente proprietario legittimo).All’Utente non spetta alcun diritto nonspecificato in questo Accordo.

2 Sony garantisce all’utente il diritto nonesclusivo, indivisibile e non trasferibile diusare il PROGRAMMA allo scopo di usare ilprodotto Sony “Unità disco floppy USB” peril quale il PROGRAMMA stesso è inteso.

3 L’Utente non ha il diritto di trasferire a terziil diritto di uso nè di permettere ai detti terzidi usare il PROGRAMMA a meno chel’Utente non ottenga il permesso scritto edanticipato di Sony.

4 L’Utente non può esportare o trasportare ilPROGRAMMA o la sua documentazione dalpaese di installazione iniziale delPROGRAMMA ad un altro paese.

8 Sony può rimuovere la licenza di uso dietropreavviso per la mancata adempienza aitermini di questo accordo. Tale rimozionenon ha alcun effetto su pagamenti e compensiper danni. Alla rimozione dei diritti, l’Utentedeve immediatamente distruggere la copia delPROGRAMMA che possiede ed ogni copiaeventualmente fatta.

9 Questo accordo ha varie versioni non inglesicon funzione di puro riferimento. Nel caso didiscrepanze fra la versione inglese e quella diqualsiasi altra lingua, vale quella inglese.

3 El Usuario no puede transferir a terceros elderecho de uso descrito anteriormente nipermitir que otras personas utilicen elPROGRAMA, salvo previa autorizaciónexplícita por escrito de Sony.

4 El Usuario no puede exportar ni transportar elPROGRAMA ni ningún documento delmismo del país donde lo ha instalado a otropaís.

5 El Usuario no puede (i) actualizar, añadirelementos, modificar ni (ii) desmontar odescompilar parte o la totalidad delPROGRAMA.

6 EL PROGRAMA SE SUMINISTRA “TALCUAL” SIN GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS NIEXPLÍCITAS, QUE INCLUYEN LASGARANTÍAS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓNY ADECUACIÓN A UN FINPARTICULAR Y LA GARANTÍA DEINEXISTENCIA DE DEFECTOS.

7 Si se produce alguna querella relacionada conla infracción de los derechos de autor, depatente u otros derechos de propiedadintangible entre el Usuario y una tercerapersona como consecuencia del uso delPROGRAMA, el Usuario debe correr con losgastos de la querella y no realizar ningunareclamación a Sony ni a la persona legítimaoriginal.

8 Si el Usuario no cumple uno de los términosaquí expuestos, Sony puede finalizar sulicencia. Dicha terminación de la licencia notendrá ningún efecto en los pagos ni obligaráa Sony a ofrecer compensaciones por daños.Si se produce una terminación de la licencia,el Usuario debe destruir inmediatamente elsoftware y todas las copias que hayarealizado del mismo en cualquier formato.

9 El presente acuerdo dispone de diferentesversiones en idiomas distintos al inglés parafines meramente de referencia. En caso deproducirse cualquier discrepancia entre laversión inglesa y una versión en otro idioma,la versión inglesa tiene preferencia sobre lasdemás.

1 Os direitos de propriedade intelectual e todosos outros direitos relativos ao PROGRAMAbem como os documentos que acompanhamo PROGRAMA são propriedade da Sony ouda organização ou pessoa proprietáriaoriginal dos direitos (adiante designadaproprietária original) que tenha concedido àSony o direito de utilizar o PROGRAMA.Não são concedidos ao Utilizador direitosdiferentes dos referidos neste acordo.

2 A Sony concede ao Utilizador o direito deutilização não-exclusivo, indivisível e nãotransferível do PROGRAMA para utilizaçãodo produto “Unidade de disquete USB” daSony a que o PROGRAMA se destina.

3 O Utilizador não pode transferir o Direito deUtilização descrito acima para terceiros nemautorizar a utilização do PROGRAMA porterceiros excepto com autorização prévia porescrito da Sony.

4 O Utilizador não pode exportar ou transportaro PROGRAMA ou os documentos que oacompanham para um país diferente daqueleonde o Utilizador instalou o PROGRAMA.

5 O Utilizador não pode (i) actualizar,adicionar a ou modificar nem (ii) desmontarou descompilar, no todo ou em parte, oPROGRAMA.

6 O PROGRAMA É FORNECIDO “COMOESTÁ” SEM GARANTIAS EXPRESSASOU IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUINDOGARANTIAS DE COMERCIALIZAÇÃO EADEQUAÇÃO A UM FIM PARTICULAROU DE ISENÇÃO DE DEFEITOS.

Пepeд ycтaновкойпpочтитe cлeдyющee “ЛИЦEHЗИOHHOECOГЛAШEHИE ДЛЯ КOHEЧHOГOПOЛЬЗOBATEЛЯ”. Уcтaновивпpогpaммный дpaйвep диcководa, Bывыpaжaeтe cвоe cоглacиe cположeниями “ЛИЦEHЗИOHHOГOCOГЛAШEHИЯ ДЛЯ КOHEЧHOГOПOЛЬЗOBATEЛЯ”.ЛИЦEHЗИOHHOE COГЛAШEHИE ДЛЯКOHEЧHOГO ПOЛЬЗOBATEЛЯHacтоящий докyмeнт являeтcяюpидичecким cоглaшeниeм мeждy Baми(дaлee имeнyeмым Пользовaтeлeм) икоpпоpaциeй Sony (дaлee имeнyeмойSony) о пpaвe нa иcпользовaниeпpогpaммного дpaйвepa диcководa USB(дaлee имeнyeмого ПPOГPAMMOЙ).Иcпользовaниe Baми ПPOГPAMMЫознaчaeт Baшe cоглacиe пpинятьycловия и положeния Cоглaшeниямeждy Пользовaтeлeм и Sony.1 Aвтоpcкоe и вce дpyгиe пpaвa в

отношeнии ПPOГPAMMЫ идокyмeнтaции, пpилaгaeмой кПPOГPAMME, пpинaдлeжaткоpпоpaции Sony или лицaм илиоpгaнизaциям, котоpым пpинaдлeжитпepвичноe пpaво cобcтвeнноcти(дaлee имeнyeмым пepвичнымизaконными влaдeльцaми),пpeдоcтaвившим коpпоpaции Sonyпpaво нa иcпользовaниeПPOГPAMMЫ. Пользовaтeлю нeпpeдоcтaвляeтcя никaкиx дpyгиxпpaв, кpомe тex, котоpыe yкaзaны внacтоящeм cоглaшeнии.

2 Sony пpeдоcтaвляeт Пользовaтeлюнeиcключитeльноe, нeдeлимоe и нeподлeжaщee пepeдaчe дpyгим лицaмпpaво нa иcпользовaниe ПPOГPAMMЫc цeлью ee пpимeнeния вмecтe cиздeлиeм Sony, нaзывaeмым“диcковод USB”, для котоpогопpeднaзнaчeнa ПPOГPAMMA.

3 Пользовaтeлю нe paзpeшaeтcяпepeдaвaть Пpaво нa иcпользовaниe,опиcaнноe вышe, никaким тpeтьимcтоpонaм, и никaким тpeтьимcтоpонaм нe paзpeшaeтcяиcпользовaть ПPOГPAMMУ, покaПользовaтeль нe полyчитпpeдвapитeльного пиcьмeнногоpaзpeшeния от Sony.

4 Пользовaтeлю нe paзpeшaeтcяэкcпоpтиpовaть или вывозитьПPOГPAMMУ или докyмeнтaцию,пpилaгaeмyю к ПPOГPAMME, изcтpaны, в котоpой Пользовaтeльycтaновил ПPOГPAMMУ, в любyюдpyгyю cтpaнy.

5 Пользовaтeлю нe paзpeшaeтcявыполнять (i) обновлeниe, добaвлeниeили измeнeниe, a тaкжe (ii)дизacceмблиpовaниe илидeкомпиляцию вceй ПPOГPAMMЫ илиee чacтeй.

6 HACTOЯЩAЯ ПPOГPAMMAПOCTABЛЯETCЯ B BИДE “КAК ECTЬ”БEЗ BЫPAЖEHHЫХ ИЛИПOДPAЗУMEBAEMЫХ ГAPAHTИЙ,BКЛЮЧAЯ ГAPAHTИИКOMMEPЧECКИХ CBOЙCTB ИCOOTBETCTBИЯ CПEЦИФИЧECКИMЦEЛЯM ИЛИ OTCУTCTBИЯДEФEКTOB.

7 Пpи возникновeнии cпоpов,кacaющиxcя нapyшeния aвтоpcкогопpaвa, пaтeнтa или дpyгиxнeмaтepиaльныx пpaв cобcтвeнноcти,мeждy Пользовaтeлeм и тpeтьeйcтоpоной в peзyльтaтe иcпользовaнияПPOГPAMMЫ, Пользовaтeль бyдeтypeгyлиpовaть cпоp зa cвойcобcтвeнный cчeт и нe бyдeтпpeдъявлять пpeтeнзии Sony илипepвичным зaконным влaдeльцaм.

8 Sony можeт aннyлиpовaть Baшyлицeнзию, ecли eю бyдeт полyчeноyвeдомлeниe о нeиcполнeнии Baминacтоящиx Уcловий. Aннyлиpовaниeнe повлияeт ни нa кaкиe-либоплaтeжи, ни нa возмeщeниe yбытков.B cлyчae aннyлиpовaния Bы бyдeтeобязaны нeмeдлeнно yничтожитьПpогpaммноe обecпeчeниe вмecтe cовceми eго копиями в любыx видax ифоpмax .

9 Bepcии нacтоящeго Cоглaшeния нaдpyгиx языкax (кpомe aнглийcкого)пpeднaзнaчeны только дляcпpaвочныx цeлeй. B cлyчaeпpотивоpeчий мeждy aнглийcкойвepcиeй и вepcиeй нa любом дpyгомязыкe пpeимyщecтвeннyю cилy бyдeтимeть вepcия нa aнглийcком языкe.
