MCs or individuals are obligated to send the bank confirmation of transfer (in English) to

avoid misunderstanding connected with the exact time of transfer on email

address: finance@euroxpro2014.com  

DDL for payment: 1st round of application – 02.03.2014 - after this date You will be treated by CC team as a person

who resigned from the participation in the conference!

Please check twice if the title of transfer is correct with our request. Transfers with

incorrect title will be rejected.

* National Finance Directors are obligated to inform Finance Director in Poland, if they want to pay for their country delegation (before DDL 2th of March) to receive an invoice and transfer money in appropriate way! 

Total fee for EuroXpro 2014 in Poland is 260 EUR: 240 EUR of a general fee and 20 EUR of damage fee deposit per delegate.

This fee includes accommodation during the conference and 3 meals per day.

If you can’t find your country on list, you need to apply for visa to go to Poland. We are supposed to help you in this process by sending you an Invitation Letter, which should be presented in Polish Embassy in your place of living. To get the Invitation Letter, please contact us by sending an email on our inbox: delegates@euroxpro2014.com.

REMEMBER: you should type in your e-mail subject [visa request]. In case you will not do it, you need to wait longer for our reply.  

!2*-3 4-)-$&'-+ Each country should select the !2*-3 5-)-$&'- by 24.02.2014. This person will be responsible for the contact between the Delegation of the country and the CC Team.

!2*-3 5-)-$&'- should report themselves by 25.02.2014. Please e-mail us at delegates@euroxpro2014.com with //[Chief delegate] – country// in the e-mail subject.

Global Village (after “Day 0”) Global Village is meant to gather the cultures from all around Europe and North America in Warsaw. The
