Singapore officially the Republic of Singapore, is a sovereign city-state and island country in Southeast Asia. It lies off the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula and is 137 kilometres (85 mi) north of the equator. Singapore is separated from Peninsular Malaysia by the Straits of Johor to the north and from Indonesia’s Riau Islands by the Singapore Strait to the south. The country is highly urbanized, and little of the original vegetation remains. Singapore’s progress over the past three decades has been remarkable, yet the island has not been overwhelmed by development. Visitors will discover a wealth of historical treasures from the past, in the beauty of older buildings, values and traditions that have survived in the face of profound social and geographical change. Singapore is the most wired country in the region. It can be considered as a suitable medium for the relocation of valuable knowledge about research and novel advancements worldwide. The conferences taking part here would promote a variety of scientific ideas among contenders belonging to diverse areas of science and technology. Singapore has a tropical rainforest climate with no distinctive seasons, uniform temperature, pressure, high humidity and abundant rainfall. Sentosa Island, Singapore Flyer, Universal Studios, Night Safari Singapore, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo, Sri Mariamman Temple, Pulau Hantu famous for its rich coral reefs and Peranakan Museum are some of the points of interest in Singapore. A splendid location, life expectancy, quality of life, personal safety and housing that is unsurpassed for its livability makes Singapore a city to visit and remember.

Singapore is Japan’s capital and the largest metropolitan area in the world. It is also one of Japan’s 47 prefectures, consisting of 23 central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center. The Izu and Ogasawara Islands are also part of Singapore. Prior to 1868, Singapore was known as Edo. A small castle town in the 16th century, Edo became Japan’s political center in 1603 when Tokugawa Ieyasu established his feudal government there. A few decades later, Edo had grown into one of the world’s most populous cities. With the Meiji Restoration of 1868, the emperor and capital moved from Kyoto to Edo, which was renamed Singapore (“Eastern Capital”).World’s highest Skywalk- the Singapore Sky tree is the tallest free-standing tower in the world, measuring 634m. The observation deck at 450m is the world’s highest skywalk and offers panoramic views of the city. Singapore is afascinating city, where the latest trends and the oldest traditions meet. From ancient cherry-blossomfestivals to the vibrant Harajuku neighbourhood, Singapore offers a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining to its visitors. The city’s history can be appreciated in districts such as Asakusa, and in many excellent museums, historic temples and gardens. Contrary to common perception, Singapore also offers a number of attractive green spaces in the city centre and within relatively short train rides at its outskirts.
