Throughout the day, attendees will have four opportunities to break away from the lecture hall to experience hands-on training in the following areas:

Each 45-minute session is limited to eight attendees. Sign-up is available at the registration table on a first-come, first-serve basis the morning of the event.

In addition to the hands-on training, five distinguished professors will be available for intimate small group discussions and Q&A on topics of your choice. COURSE DESCRIPTIONThe Gastroenterology and Hepatology Symposium is a one-day course designed to educate physicians and other healthcare professionals on how to optimally manage patients, using a team approach.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVESAt the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
• Understand the different liver pathologies in pregnancy• Describe current concepts in most common forms of autoimmune liver disease• Discuss locoregional therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma• Highlight diagnosis and management in acute liver failure• Discuss endoscopic advances in diagnosis and management of pancreatic lesions• Describe the up-to-date pancreatic screening modalities and current guidelines• Enumerate the different imaging techniques to diagnose pancreatobiliary pathology• Describe the role of cholangioscopy and pancreatiscopy in management of
