Laszlo Varro, international Energy Agency, France Head of Gas Coal and Electricity Markets joined the IEA in 2011 as the Head of Gas Coal and Power division. The division undertakes the analysis of gas, coal and electricity markets and policy developments with a special focus on supply-demand balance, capacity investments, supply security issues as well as the implications of climate policy for the gas and electricity systems. Before joining the IEA Laszlo worked in the private sector as the Director for Strategy Development at MOL Group, a publicly quoted integrated energy company.
Gottfried Steiner, central European Gas Hub, Austria Chief Executive Officer has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of CEGH AG since May 2011. Central European Gas Hub (CEGH) is one of the most important trading hubs for natural gas in Central Europe and provides exchange services together with Vienna Stock Exchange (Spot Market; Futures Market).
