• New exploration blocks in the Pannonian Basin and the Dinarides have been offered in the license rounds announced by the Croatian Government with the aim to spur investments and revitalize domestic production. More details will be provided by the President of the Manage-ment Board of Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency, Marijan Krpan.

• Expert analysis on how to increase onshore and offshore hydrocarbon reserves to ensure long-term stable development and security of energy supply.

• Energy transition from fossil, hydrocarbon resources to low-carbon energy is already happen-ing. How do oil companies see their low-carbon future and what actions do they take to adapt to new circumstances?

• How to use remaining hydrocarbon potentials in the South-Eastern Europe, and particularly in the Pannonian Basin, which still accounts for considerable hydrocarbon production of MOL and INA.

• How advanced technologies and efficiency and production optimization projects can help ex-tend the life of mature fields?

• How will MOL and INA address these challenges? - expected speeches by MOL and INA lead-ers: Berislav Gašo, Executive Vice President of MOL Group E&P, Sándor Fasimon, President of INA Management Board, and Tvrtko Perković, Operating Director of INA E&P.

• It is expected that Vermilion, a Canadian company, which in June spudded its first well in Cro-atia, Cerić-1, will present achieved results.

• Discussion about Croatian Strategy of Energy Development until 2035 aimed at ensuring sus-tainable development, competitiveness and security of supply. Managing own energy future by developing different energy production and consumption scenarios.

• Development potentials of the Croatian gas system – LNG terminal Krk, Ionian Adriatic pipeline, interconnections with transmission systems of the neighbouring countries, new gas storage capacity. Natural gas market – import, sales, supply, distribution, prices.

• ABB as the global technology leader in energy transition, the fourth industrial revolution and digitalization will present ABB technology in the field of industrial digitalization.

• Large part of the onshore Croatian territory lies on substantial geothermal reserves. This valu-able energy resource will be in the focus of the Croatian Hydrocarbon Agency for attracting investors interested in developing such projects.

• In view of the intensified exploration activity onshore Croatia, it is expected that the world leading companies – Schlumberger, Halliburton – will present new oil and gas technologies.

• Discussion about low-carbon development strategy of Croatia, challenges of climate preser-vation and changing relations in the management of natural resources, environmental pro-tection, technological development and energy management, and regulatory framework for the energy sector.
