Guests will be greeted upon entry by the host who will seat them at an appropriate table. If atable is not available, the host will take down the name and call back number to notify the guestswhen their table is available. The host will also suggest a local neighboring establishment to visitwhile waiting so as to keep the sidewalk clear.

The establishment has sound proofing to ensure neighbors will not hear any noise. The host onduty will direct customers out from in front of the establishment, whether that is while enteringor exiting the establishment or while being placed on a wait list. A vegetarian-tumed-vegan himself, Ravi holds a deep affection for all animals, and hasbeen an outspoken voice on animal rights issues.
