• Mr. Khera had 13 years of experience with ICICI Bank.• His association with ICICI bank has exposed him to the entire gamut of client base from large corporate clients to the micro clients • In his career span he has gained experience in areas of corporate banking, government business and mass / rural banking

• Mr. Gupta has vast experience of more than 13 years in Manufacturing, Banking and International Organizations • Prior to joining FINO, Mr. Gupta was working with International Finance Corporation (Largest Multilateral agency in World, The World Bank) in their Regional Office in New Delhi. He was responsible for project finance and corporate finance function of the office

• Mr. Arora is is responsible for strategizing and overseeing the operational aspects of FINO• He has a rich experience in operations & maintenance spanning over 14 years • Prior to joining FINO Rajeev was associated with ICICI Bank in Corporate Banking • Earlier he worked for 3 years with NTPC taking care of operations and maintenance.

• Mr. Bansal brings with him a rich experience of two and a half decades where he has served with HDFC Bank (including Times Bank which got merged with HDFC Bank in the year 2000• Prior to joining FINO he was holding the position of Executive Vice President & Business Head – North in HDFC Bank where he was associated with Financial Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings and Government Business Group called (FIG)

•Mr. Krishnan brings in over 22 years of experience in product / brand / sales management spanning diverse industries / sectors like FMCG, Banking, Telecom and ITES fields•He has handled senior level assignments across several functions such as Marketing, Retail Sales, Business Development and Operations. •Prior to joining FINO, Mr. Krishnan was working with Spice Digital Ltd., as CMO handling Product Management & Marketing Spice’s Mobile Value Added Services.

Summer Intern Program

1. Purpose: The purpose of this document is to provide a great learning experience to the interns for their enhancement and growth in the organization.

2. Objective: 2.1 To provide students with opportunities to apply the concepts learnt in the class-room to real-life situations.2.2 To sensitize students to the nuances of a work place. 3. Applicability: Students who have completed at least one year of college and are currently enrolled in a degree programme from an institute of good repute.

4. Responsibility: The Human Resource department will handle the application and selection process so as to select the best intern according to the line of business.

5. Application Process: 5.1 Application received through the placement cell of any institute of a good repute. 5.2 Direct application received through web portal or through any other mode of communiqué.

Selection Process: 6.1 The selection process is a simple methodology of assessing the students by way of a Personal Interview conducted by the HR.6.2 The outcome of the assessment will be communicated to the applicant between 5-7 working days. 6.3 The prospective students will be awarded projects with a Letter of Intent basis their skill-set and relevant background from their current curriculum in the institute.

7. Stipend: As per the company policy, FINO believes in providing an exceptional platform for learning, thus, eliminating the need for stipend.

8. Stay: We expect the interns to make the arrangements for their stay during their project in the location assigned to them.

9. Assessment: 9.1 At the end of the Internship period, the Intern will present a report based on the work done in the given period to the Project Guide (Line Manager) and HR.9.2 A certificate will be issued to the intern after the successful completion of the respective projects.
