There is also a full, large screen theater, two office suites, and an elevator to service all floors that is spacious enough for a wheel chair. The formal living room and dining room are beautifully appointed with spectacular views and terraces, and the paneled library makes a real statement. Designed with separate garden room and art room that open to a private outdoor patio. (Flexible spaces which would easily convert to more bedroom suites with full walk in closets, baths, and outdoor patios.) Oceanfront doors and screens that completely slide into adjacent walls for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Oil rubbed bronze doors, and cabinet hardware and railings. All interior cabinets, doors, moldings and windows specially designed and built using old growth teak harvested and fabricated specifically for this home. Fabulous kitchen supplied with Miele appliances . .. oven, two dishwashers and built-in coffee maker Wolf gas cook top with five burners plus separate Wok burner and grill. Large Gaggeneau second oven below cook top. Three large stainless steel sinks, and three Sub Zero refrigerators. Center Island houses two automatic electric lifts for heavy appliances, mixers, food processors. Built in toaster which slides out during use. Butler’s pantry with locked storage drawers, built-in drip coffee maker, two warming ovens and a kitchen office. Two laundry rooms, one adjacent to the kitchen and one next to the master bedroom suite.

All fireplace surrounds, mantels, hearths, floors and outside decks are fabricated of Massangis Limestone from the Ravierre Quarry in France. Three separate built-in vacuum systems. Lutron Home Works lighting and window blind controls. Cat-5 cables to the theatre and to all television locations in home. All copper plumbing. Flashing, eaves, gutters and vents of high grade copper. Phone system includes intercom communication between each room, front door and side gates. Heavy ceramic fire resistant roof tiles on all roof surfaces. All outside walls are doubled sheared. Garden and retaining walls are reinforced poured concrete faced with rare Santa Barbara Stone. Exterior columns also faced with Santa Barbara Stone. Stainless steel ducting for air and air conditioning. All electrical strung through steel conduit. Epoxy coated rebar used in all poured concrete foundations, walls, and decks. All vertical piping insulated for sound attenuation. Separate sound deadened equipment room for pool and spa. Extensive house and garden gravity drainage systems.
