The Paradoxes of LifeJudson LaipplyEvolution of DanceLakewood, OH Sometimes we find that we have to do the opposite in order to achieve what we strive for. We must fail in order to succeed. We must surrender in order to achieve victory. We must forget in order to remember. We must ignore in order to listen. This keynote will explore the paradoxes of life and how to help achieve more. In order to get ahead we must get behind. The more we learn the less we know. All of these seem like contradicting statements, but, in fact, they are powerful reminders about how to move forward in the world. Judson, creator of the famous “Evolution of Dance,” video has been seen on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” NBC’s “Today” show, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “Good Morning America,” and “Extra” by over 100 million combined people. His “Evolution” is one of the most viewed videos of all time on YouTube -- clocking 148 million views. When he’s not dancing, Judson is an inspirational speaker whose presentation, “Life Is Change,” is highly motivational, creative and appealing while extremely down to earth. He has performed at the Primetime Emmy Awards broadcast and conducted leadership seminars, corporate events, and private parties across the country.

Branding: From The Ground UpBlake HowardCo-FounderMatchsticAtlanta, GA Branding is a buzz word these days, but what does it actually mean and how does it apply to you as a branch manager? In this high-energy presentation, Blake Howard, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Matchstic, an Atlanta-based brand identity firm (who has worked with the likes of ESPN, VH1, and Compassion International), will discuss how it is more important than you may think. A brand is not simply in the hands of c-suite executives or highly paid advertising firms. It is a reputation formed in the mind of the customer heavily influenced by micro-interactions. How you answer the phone, how you respond to conflicts, what you wear, etc. all culminate to form a customer’s perception of your brand. After all, a reputation is not what you say it is, it is what they say it is.
