As you would expect, Jet range Brass Ball Valves conformto relevant UK and international standards and approvals,confirming their suitability for use across a wide range ofapplications. See individual products for appropriateapprovals.

EN331:1998European standard for ball valves for use on gas services. The Jet range encompasses valves from 8mm - 100mm (1/4" to 4"), with two or three ports.

End connections are either threaded or compression (CxC)

Operators include steel levers, locking levers, tee handle, nylon wedge levers and electric orpneumatic actuators

Options include stem extensions, locking levers, degreasing for paint or oxygen service.

TagsValves can be supplied with 75mm x 32mmstainless steel tags embossed with up to fourlines of text, each line having up to twentycharacters. Tags are secured with eitherstainless steel wire or black plastic ties.

Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) is theUK water industry’s approval scheme. Productsapproved by the scheme comply with therequirements of the Water Supply (Water Fittings)Regulations 1999 and amendments.

We test and assemble actuated packages atour dedicated ISO9001:2000 certified ValveActuation Center. While we recommend ourown actuators, we are happy to supply Jetrange valves mounted with actuators andaccessories of your choice to meet sitepreferences and specifications.

• Our pneumatic actuators are of a doublerack and pinion design, with ISO 5211mounting connections, enabling simpleconnection to most quarter-turn valves.

• An anti-blowout key provides a firm lock tothe pinion, minimising wear by eliminatingmovement under pressure.

• Spring return actuators incorporate aunique spring retainer construction,offering improved safety whilst dismantlingand reassembling.

• Springs and moving parts are lifetimelubricated, reducing maintenance costs.

• Bodies are hard anodised aluminium,which provides better protection fromcorrosion, enhanced surface hardness andsuperior wear reistance.
