From hand-picking our own produce directly from Eastern Market to making our own salad dressings, to preparing our bread from scratch, we do everything the old world way! TERMS AND CONDITIONSDEPOSITA 10% or $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all customers at the time of booking.PAYMENTIf paying by check, payment in full is required (10) ten days prior to the event. If you would like to pay the day of the event, you must pay by cash, certified check, money order, or company check. If paying by credit card, payment is due (5) five days prior to the event and a 3% credit card processing fee will be assessed.REQUIREMENTSWe require (2) 8 ft tables standing when we arrive (not required for drop off parties). Please leave a spot closest to the food area for Soprano’s Catering Vehicle. A Cell Phone number for the day of your event is essential. TIME LIMITATIONSFood can be left out for (2)two hours (if we notice everyone has eaten, we will clean up our supplies and leave) If you would like the food longer there will be an additional fee. (Not applicable to Drop Off Parties) Sopranos will arrive approx. 1 hour (30 minutes for smaller events) (up to 2 hours before full service BBQ package) prior to your catered event, and 20 minutes prior to your Drop Off Party.PRICINGA Soprano’s Catering representative will call you 2 weeks before your event, at this time we need all of your final information: • Final menu selection • Final head count • Good directions or a detailed map for the event location.Changes cannot be made to the menu and your final count cannot be reduced after we have taken the final information from you.
