JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came for confirmation in chambers pursuant to Louisiana Code of Civil

Procedure articles 170 I, et seq. The Court, after considering the record in these proceedings, which

show that Defendants, LOUISIANA TELEVISION BROADCASTING, LLC D/B/A WBRZ TV

CHANNEL 2 and CHRISTOPHER NAKAMOTO, were served with process and failed to appear and

answer the Petition, with a preliminary default entered herein, and Plaintiffs, ROBERT ARTHUR

BURNS, II and HILARY BURNS, having produced due support of Plaintiffs' demands by means of

affidavits and documentary evidence filed into the record of these proceedings; the Court

considering the law and evidence to be in favor of Plaintiffs, ROBERT ARTHUR BURNS, II and

HILARY BURNS, and against Defendants, LOUISIANA TELEVISION BROADCASTING, LLC D/B/A

WBRZ TV CHANNEL 2 and CHRISTOPHER NAKAMOTO, did render judgment for reasons this day

orally assigned:

IT Is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that LOUISIANA TELEVISION BROADCASTING,

LLC DIalA WBRZ TV CHANNEL 2 and CHRISTOPHER NAKAMOTO are declared and determined

to be at fault for the damages sustained by Plaintiffs jointly and in solido so that each is responsible

for the whole.

IT Is FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that there be jUdgmentrerein in
