Ramiro Gómez Barinaga, Legal Adviser to the Secretariat of Renewable Energy, and Mauro Soares, National Director of Renewable Energy of the Ministry of Energy and Mining, were responsible for leading a workshop on negotiating contracts and the new regulatory framework for Renewable energy in Argentina. In the afternoon, experts gave a workshop on how to obtain financing, raise capital and how to meet the requirements of investors.
