WE ASK FOR EVERYONE’S UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATIONFor the past several years, the neighboring residents of Pacifico Yokohama have been increasingly concerned about noise pollution and rowdy crowds during the event. This year, we ask that everybody consider the neighbors and surrounding area. Only we can perpetuate this culture of cars and bikes in a positive way. Please think about it, especially in residential areas, be safe and have fun.

HCS LITTLE GET TOGETHER PARTY 2011 Starting at 7PM the night before the show, come join the party where you can mingle with the guests

from abroad right there in the even hall. Ticket includes admission, meal & drink coupon. Saturday December 3, 2011 7:00PM-9:00PM

Adults: 2,000yen each; Children (under 12): 1,500yen; Under 3 are Free Be sure to enter the correct quantity and amount on the entry form.

ENTRY DEADLINE : SATURDAY OCTOBER 15, 2011Postmark on entry form must be on or before October 15, 2011. Entry response letters are scheduled to be sent out by November 20, 2011. Space is limited and the sooner you send in your entry the better. We

also aim to get through this process as soon as possible and encourage everyone to register early.IMPORTANT: Refunds are not given to cancelations on or after after the entry deadline.

In anticipation of a large number of entry vehicles, we are initially limiting Vendor Booths to 150 (in 2010 there were 230). Vendor Booths will be handled in the order the entry registrations are received. After the first 150 entries are received, we will hold a number of entries as reserves in case of cancelations or as additoinal space becomes available.

Entry fees are required and will be completely returned if no space becomes available.

ENTRY CATEGORIESPlease understand that vehicles not within the same scope and objective of this event may be subject to denial of entry. Car Show 1 space (approx. 6.0m x 3.0m space per each 4-wheel vehicle) Entry Fee: ¥30,000 each

USA Autos, Japanese Domestics, VW & etc. Photo required for screening. Entry includes: 2 wrist bands; 1 “Show Participant” T-shirt; 1 plaque; 1 car parking ticket. Car Show Entry is limited. Entry types such as semi trucks, etc will be denied entry. In cases where a 2-wheeled vehicle is to be part of a display, entrant must acquire authorization before hand (enclose notice with entry form).

Car Club Plaque(New)

1 space (approx. 6.0m x 3.0m) Entry Fee: ¥30,000 eachUSA Car Club style entries only. Photo required for screening. Entry includes: 2 wrist bands; 1 “Show Participant” T-shirt; 1 plaque; 1 car parking ticket. This year will feature Best Car Club display award. Enter together with your club and represent the car club lifestyle. With this entry, please submit each form for each car together as a club. Keeping it together will ensure your club is displayed as one unit. 1 Entry per 1 vehicle.

Rat Island The purpose of Rat Island is to centalize a place for cars & bikes that are drivers, suede, traditional hot rods and kustoms that are show worthy without the show shine. The perimeter features kustom art, pinstriping, music etc. completing the circle. For those that would like to showcase their car with a display or allocated space, please use the main car show category. The perimeter of Rat Island is fenced, viewers interactively walk through the area. Entry vehicles are displayed together with no boundaries, being exposed to contact with people.

Restrictions: Must be complete, drivable. No reserved space, first come first served, no displays.Photo required for screening. Entry includes: 1 wrist band; 1 “Show Participant” T-shirt; 1 plaque.

Like a one-person exhibit/art show anything you have on display can be sold too. Otaku collectors welcome! Love of bikes, cars, USA culture, you can boast in your own space right at HCS - possibly draw appeal to a cool genre! Find others that share your interests even!! Of course, artists, illustrators and photographers too. Have a gallery inside HCS! Please consult with MOONEYES for details. Parking Regular passenger car parking passes are not available in advance, however vehicles up to 2 tons, up to 4 tons and anything above 4 tons are. Haulers and loading trucks, vans, flat beds, tow vehicles, etc. are the target vehicles for these parking passes. 2t is 12,000 yen; up to 4t is 17.000 yen and over 4t is 32,000 yen; each good for two days. Parking tickets are mandatory. If you do not have a parking ticket on the event day, you will not be permitted in the reserved parking area.
