Stage1 Independent System should allow to create

Stage2 Independent System should allow to create though stage1 isnot planned or completed

Stage3 Dependent on completion of Stage2If Stage2 is completed, then only stage3 isallowed.

Stage4 Independent System should allow though stage1,2,3 are notplanned or completed

Stage5 Dependent on completion of Stage4

If Stage4 is completed, then only stage5 is

allowed.Stage6 Dependent on completion of Stage

1,2,3,4,5If Stage1,2,3,4,5 is completed, then only stage6is allowed.

2.3 Daily Outurn ShellType the T-code ZPP_SDAY in the command field and press enter

Daily Outturn Entry Shell screen will appear

Ground Status of Coach Position will be entered in SAP and this report will be displayed in portal

For a shell outturn it has to pass 12 stages, it will be processed by work center (jigs& fixture) particular to thestage

3.0Daily Outturn Entry-Shell- create mode

Input

Intake sub screen first select the date, select position of the coach in which stage its laying and then in statussub screen select work center(where it is processed) ,give the coach type, serial no(assembly no) , plan date andenter save

3.1 Daily Outturn Entry-Shell- change mode

Input

Pres execute

In change mode for a particular stage we can enter start date, completion date & completed status , you willnot be able to change the Work center, Coach type, Assy no, plan date as it will be grayed out

In sub screen status

All the fields will be grayed out you can only view for particular date what is the stage position

4)Daily outurn shll step by step process

1) Intake sub screen Enter date, select stage 1& in status sub screen enter work center , coach type detail, Assy no, plan date & save

2)In take sub screen Enter date, select stage press change &

In status sub screen give start date , completion date, Tick completed status & saveStage 2

It will not allow you to confirm stage 10

Once stage 9 is confirmed you will be able to complete stage 10
