DAY 4: CRUISING THE ADRIATIC & IONIAN SEAS

DAY 5: SYRACUSE, SICILY, ITALYBrimming with history and archaeological sites, Syracuse is a testament to Sicily’s fascinating past. Marvel at the Greek Theatre carved into the Temenite hillside, or visit the Ear of Dionysius, an arti� cial limestone cave shaped like the human ear.

DAY 6: NAPLES/POMPEII, ITALYNaples is a city of breathtaking frescoes, artistic treasures, and mouthwatering cuisine. Admire eighteenth-century sculptures at Capello Sasevero, dine at world-class pizzerias on Via dei Tribunali, or perhaps travel to the ruins of Pompeii, one of the most famed archaeological sites in the world.

DAY 7: ROME (CIVITAVECCHIA), ITALYOnce the center of the world’s greatest empire, Rome displays relics of its past wherever you look. With legendary sites including the Forum, the Colosseum, and Michelangelo’s frescoes in the Sistine Chapel, Rome is a monumental city rich in antiquity and culture.

DAY 8: FLORENCE/PISA/TUSCANY (LIVORNO), ITALYThe architectural and artistic masterpieces of the Renaissance await you in Florence. Pisa’s iconic Leaning Tower also beckons, as does the rural Tuscan countryside, renowned for its medieval hilltop villages and world-class wines.

DAY 9: MONTE CARLO, MONACO With an area of less than one square mile, this city-state packs excitement into its small space, including the glamorous Monte Carlo Casino and the Circuit de Monaco, the site of the famed Grand Prix.

DAY 10: MARSEILLE/PROVENCE, FRANCEMarvel at the beautiful Cathédrale de Marseille Notre Dame de Major as you cruise into Marseille. Wander the city’s ancient Le Panier neighborhood or see the historic Haussmannian buildings and stylish boutiques of the République quarter. Or, visit the picturesque countryside of Provence.

DAY 11: PALMA DE MALLORCA, SPAINThe Palma Cathedral and Bellver Castle offer a striking � rst glimpse of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. Explore the history of this city with a visit to the Arab Baths or stroll the Playa de Palma—a nearly four-mile-long beach lined with shops and cafés.

DAY 12: BARCELONA, SPAINDisembark and extend your adventure with an optional Go Next Barcelona Post-Cruise Program.
