Return Policy and TermsThis policy is applicable to brands Liberty Bags, Hardware, Fortress, AlpineFleece, and Carmel Towels, Fahrenheit, Hall of Fame, OAD, and StadiumChair products.

All claims for shortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72hours of receipt of merchandise.

Returns must be authorized by Liberty Bags in advance, and within 14 daysof receipt of merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted for return after14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due tocustomer error, refused or unclaimed orders are subject to a 10%restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.

Shipping charges on returns are customer’s responsibility.

Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.

Altered or embellished products are not returnable excluding irregulars.

Please inspect your merchandise when you receive it before decorating.We cannot accept returns on decorated, or washed items under anycircumstance, excluding irregulars.

Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw beforereturning. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style,color, size and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyerprior to decorating.

Custom orders and/or special orders made overseas are non-cancelableand non- refundable once production starts or a final keep sample isapproved, whichever is first.

Orders in a custom color are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Liberty Bags liability for any single item is no more than the originalpurchase price of the item.

Fortress Five-Year Limited WarrantyFortress warrants this product to be free from defects in materials andworkmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the originalpurchaser or owner. If such defect occurs during the warranty period, wewill repair or replace the defective part upon proof of purchase. Thiswarranty extends only to the original purchaser (owner) or if given as a giftby the purchaser (owner), then to the recipient of the gift.

A qualified Fortress technician will determine whether or not the productwill be repaired or replaced and has the option to repair or replace theproduct with a comparable model, without charge. Shipping and handlingfees are not refundable.

This product is not warranted for fitness of use for any purpose other thanthe ordinary use for which it is intended. This warranty does not includeaccidental damage, misuse or neglect of the product, unreasonable use,normal wear and tear, improper handling or damage caused by a common

carrier, loss of use or any other claim for direct, incidental, or consequentialdamages, and repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. If a commoncarrier damages your product, please contact them immediately to file aclaim. Liability for warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price of theproduct.
