(see page 3) In nominating your employee as a candidate for Colorado Ski Country USA’s Snowmaker of the Year, Groomer of the Year, or Terrain Master of the Year, we encourage you to select the individual who best portrays your image of the ideal snowmaker, groomer or terrain master. We recommend that your nominee(s) be chosen based on the following guidelines. Candidate has worked a minimum of one (1) full ski season as a snowmaker, groomer or terrain master. Candidate can be a supervisor, foreman, lead person or line person. Candidate positively influences other snowmakers, groomers or terrain masters by demonstrating leadership qualities, raising the standards for fellow employees, and continually striving to improve his/her skills. Nominee works well with his/her crew and other departments. Candidate should represent what you believe to be your ski area’s best snowmaker(s), groomer(s) or terrain master(s). Winch cat operators are considered Groomers. Nominee must provide a one-page essay introducing themselves to the committee (see page 3) Nominee must be able to participate in an interview on the morning of Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 in Grand Junction, CO. Sample interview questions are on page 4. Nominee must attend the Annual Snow Conference and Trade Show, April 7-9, 2020 held in Grand Junction, Colorado. All nominees will be granted a minimal registration fee of $80 for the conference. All nominees will be recognized at the Snow Conference Awards Banquet, with two finalists to be selected and announced in each category. Then, Snow Conference Award Winners will be publicly revealed and honored each year in June at CSCUSA’s Annual Meeting and Double Diamond Awards in Denver, CO. Nominations are welcomed and encouraged from all resorts, regardless of resort affiliation. However, finalists and award winners must be individuals from Colorado Ski Country USA member resorts. Nominations must be submitted no later than March 6, 2020. INCOMPLETE or LATE NOMINATION FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

in Grand Junction, Colorado.2. Cost: All nominees will be granted a minimal registration fee of $80 for the conference. For more
