The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) team is thrilled you will be joining us next week in Knoxville for the 2019 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE)! Before you pack your bags, there are a few last minute details you should know.

Please note: In an effort be align with our Plan-It Green environmental initiatives, ARVC is reducing the amount of paper at OHCE. Notes for classes will no longer be printed and will be distributed to all attendees via a USB-drive.

LOGISTICSAirport Ground TransportationThe McGhee Tyson Airport is located 14 miles from the Knoxville Convention Center. Ground transportation options include taxi, ride share and rental car. Baggage claim and ground transportation are located on the lower level.

Disability ServicesIf you need wheelchair assistance to the terminal, notify an airport employee or call 865-342-3180 between the hours of 5 am – 7 pm EST.

ARE YOU DRIVING?Surface parking lots, metered spaces and garages are located within walking distance of the Convention Center. The Poplar Lot (see page 3) is reserved for OHCE attendees. In addition, all city-owned downtown garages are free after 6 p.m. and on the weekends. Those staying in downtown hotels also have access to their parking facilities.

If you need parking for a person with disabilities, please contact the Knoxville Convention Center at 865 522-5669, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern.

CONFERENCE BADGE AND MATERIAL PICKUPYour conference badge and bag can be picked up at the Welcome Desk on the Clinch Concourse (3rd floor, street level), beginning at 4 pm on Sunday.

An OHCE 2019, eco-friendly, name badge is required for entry to all 2019 OHCE education sessions, meals, social events and the Expo. Attendees with “Expo Only” badges are unable to access sessions and events outside the Expo hall. Lost badges can be replaced at the Welcome Desk.

Post event, you can discard of your name badge in any trash receptacle without fear of waste! All badge products, including the lanyard, are made from 100% bio-degradable materials. ARVC is proud to be a part of the “Plan-It Green” initiative through this eco-friendly option. Badge sharing, splitting, or reprints are strictly prohibited.

Food will be served at the following times and locations. Snacks and coffee will be served during session breaks Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have requested food for special dietary restrictions, please let the staff know.
