Onslow Community Outreach is a nonprofit community-basedorganization providing social and healthcare services to residents ofOnslow County. The Outreach is a benevolent and uplifting “helpinghand” to families who are economically disadvantaged andmedically at-risk. Programs are: Soup Kitchen Homeless Shelter & Housing Caring Community Clinic (free medical and dental) Christmas Cheer

In 2008, Onslow Oktoberfest was founded to serve as the Outreach’ssignature fundraiser. It occurs on the 4th Saturday in October.
