Optional ActivitiesGuided Kayaking Tour $40 per personSunday, June 16 | 12:15 - 3:00 PM

Get out and enjoy a two-hour kayaking tour led by naturalists. Using their local knowledge to read the tides, we’ll kayak the tidal creeks and salt marshes around Hilton Head Island

and the May River in search of wildlife. The guides will make stops to talk about the area’s rich history and culture. A brief paddling clinic before launching into the water with the

help of our guides makes this tour available to all, even those without any prior kayaking experience. Keep your eyes open for Atlantic bottle nosed dolphins, blue heron, ibis, bald eagles, sea turtles, osprey, mink, pelicans and more. Single and

double kayaks are available.

Space is limited. Make your reservations early!

Golf Tournament $115 per player | $52 club rentalTuesday, June 18 | Noon Shotgun

Shipyard Golf Club features 27 holes of championship golf over three nine-hole courses. We will be playing the Clipper & Galleon courses for our tournament. The many lagoons and ponds add to the beauty of the courses and must be negotiated if you want to play to your handicap. Shipyard Golf Club is adjacent to our resort and shuttle service is available to and from the club house.

Fee includes greens fees, shared cart, boxed lunch with two bottles of water, range balls and prizes.

Olympics & Beach BBQ $75 per person

Year after year, the annual Olympics are a highlight of the annual meeting. Will your team grab gold this year and claim bragging rights? The Olympics will take place on the beach

at the Sonesta Resort and is a fun event for everyone, regardless of age or abilities.
