From the Auxiliary
Happy January everyone! Tis the season for us tobe cozy and comfy but there are people in ourcommunity that need a little help doing the same. Please bring your ideas to the meetings on waysthat we can help those in need. I believe there areveterans and outreach projects that we canparticipate in. Even if you are unable to work at theSoup Kitchen or help the veterans play bingo thereare other ways to give of your time or talents.Perhaps you can sew, knit, crochet, bake, cook ortell stories. It would be a wonderful year if we couldfind a few new ways to help others.
Reminder, we get to bring the desserts for theJanuary meeting which will be held on Wednesday,January 2. Trivia is coming up – is anyone able towork the kitchen or prepare a dessert? Give me acall if you need a ride to the meeting.
