The Training Developers Course (TDC) is developed by the International Civil AviationOrganization (ICAO) Global Aviation Training (GAT) Office and is offered to the aviationcommunity on the premises of a TRAINAIR PLUS Member. The TDC will train civil aviationcourse developers to design and develop Standardized Training Packages (STPs), based on ICAO’s Training Development Guide, Competency based Training Methodology (Doc 9941).
